For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the basement of our house. We bought the house in mid 2018 and renovated it according to our performances. The apartment is correspondingly newly renovated and furnished. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

Small apartment near Warnemünde

Cozy little apartment for two people. The apartment is located in a residential building, which is about 15 minutes by bike from the tranquil spa town of Warnemünde. The wide sandy beach and the Baltic Sea can then also be reached quickly. The apartment has a parking space for a car. The garden of the house is also available. Wi-Fi and bicycles are also available.
