Very pleasant stay. Beautiful house, well decorated, very large with everything you need. Very pleasant pool heated to 30°C. The owners are very friendly, they do everything necessary to make the stay go well. We would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to Gaëlle and Hugo

The apartment offered is very clean, Béatrice provided all the bed and bath linen that was impeccable. She welcomed us warmly and showed us the possible activities around the cottage thanks to many leaflets and maps made available. This accommodation is located in a quiet area. Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

Cozy accommodation that is nice and cool when it's very hot outside!

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

A great little studio with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood. And you dont have to walk 900m to the flat, think thays a typo! Was only about 20. Parked out the front. It didn’t have any curtains over the window and the sun shone in so brightly in the morning, might bother some, but I never close curtains, so I enjoyed the sun on my face 😀

It was a lovely stay, the host was very warm in welcoming us. The place was cosy, clean and looks like the photos. The location is very handy and close to everything.

Very good welcome, relaxing cottage, quiet with a very beautiful garden. The value for money exceeded our expectations and the manager was super nice.

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

Excellent stay in Nantes at the end of June, for us. The location is ideal, right in the center, with restaurants, shops and cinema and tram right next door. The apartment is large and functional (and cool in this heatwave period!) to test without hesitation.

I loved my stay at Annick's! The sea view is beautiful! The coastal trails and the beach are at the end of the road and Pornic is also right next door 🙂 Thanks for your hospitality. 😊
