It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours, and the kitchen area is well equipped, with fridge. Outside, there is a decking area with table and chairs.

Local beaches offer surfing, paddle boarding or just lying in the sun. Close by there's plenty of restaurants, attractions and local spots to explore.

The annex is self-contained, but is attached to our family home. Ample free parking is available.

Braebrook SeaView overlooks Aberporth and Cardigan Bay. Join the nearby public footpath leading you onto the Coastal Path to Aberporth beach and beyond to Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay. The buses pass the front of the property or you can walk down the road to the local facilities which include restaurants, takeaways & public houses.
