Excellent place to stay. Amanda was so responsive and helpful, the house is beautiful and was perfect for us as a family. Loevely extra touches like milk in the fridge. The location was great, could walk to pleasure beach easily or hop the tram up to the centre. There’s so much to do could easily have stayed longer. Would stay here again.

Lovely little home, nice and clean plus very cosy. I loved the decor can tell Samantha has put alot of thought into the place. Great sized rooms with clean comfy beds. Friendly and responsive host, can't really ask for more everything was great. Would absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing family holiday at this charming and fun Airbnb, which had everything we could possibly need and was perfectly located for our adventures in Blackpool. The house was a fantastic base for our stay, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free and enjoyable family break.

We enjoyed our time and would recommend to those wanting to visit. There was even a clothes line for drying clothes. We enjoyed our time there.

1 nights stay wasn’t enough. Perfect location, central to everything plus a 2 min walk to the sea front. Very beautiful, stylish and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Sarah was a lovely host and we loved the leaded Shrimp window. 🩷 Already looking at coming back.

The house was plenty big enough for 5 of us, an added bonus of having 2 bathrooms when there's a few of you. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in, I cooked a Sunday roast there and it was lovely to have a dishwasher to take care of all the pots. Simba next doors dog was an added bonus for us he was there every morning ready for a walk in the orchard or field with us. We saw peacocks, hares and hedgehogs whilst staying here. Matthew was kind enough to show us all some hedgehogs they were rehabilitating and told us about future plans they had for the surrounding area. A very enjoyable stay for us all in the countryside

The house was lovely, was able to park outside, there was a drive but we decided not to use it as the on street parking was perfectly adequate, Check in was really simple and we were left to our own devices. The owner was very responsive with questions but didn’t pester, very professional and would definitely use again when returning, hopefully for a longer stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed, nothing broken or unusable. Overall very happy with our stay and the service you offered!

We had the pleasure of staying at Dale’s newly renovated one-bedroom flat for three nights. The flat boasts a beautifully presented kitchen and a luxurious bathroom featuring double marble bowl sinks and a spacious wet room. The large bedroom with high ceilings added to the sense of openness and comfort. The location was exceptionally quiet, situated on the top floor, making it feel as though we were the only ones in the building. Dale welcomed us with fresh roses and a bottle of red wine, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to our stay. As an interior designer myself, I particularly appreciated the careful selection of this freshly renovated period building with its high ceilings and attention to detail. Shops were within walking distance for a quick coffee run, though Dale had thoughtfully provided a Nespresso machine in the flat. We enjoyed short walk to the beach and suffice to say, Dale’s impeccable attention to detail made this stay truly memorable

We had a lovely stay...the place was very clean and had everything we needed (we liked the books and games). Julie was very friendly and helpful when making the booking arrangements and we appreciated being able to book at short notice.

Second stay here this year, we love it. Ideally situated, close to the train station, town centre, restaurants and Booths. The apartment is clean and modern- two excellent sized bedrooms with very comfy beds - one is en-suite. Despite being in the middle of town it’s so quiet, you won’t be disturbed at night. Easy access, clear instructions and attentive hosts. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing extremely spacious and had everything you needed. Was local to everything we needed 5 min walk to the pleasure beach the sandcastle the beach aswell as the south pier arcades. Lots of food places and bars close by aswell. The place was spotless beds were comfortable and clean the whole place we could Not fault at all would definitely recommend and stay again.

accomodation for me and my dogs was as described. clean and well prepared accomodation. easy to access and security system easy to use. there is limited parking, but not well suited to the cars of today, there is on street parking, but it can be busy. easy access to the prom, bus and tram services as well as a local remembrance garden. lots to do in around Blackpool, a 10 minute trip to the high spots. for those inclined good public transport links to allow the coastal walk to be undertaken from Fleetwood ferry to just short of preston.

Location location location!! Have spent many a stay in Lytham St Anne’s, this find was one of the best. The host Nikki and Luke and their children were very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The home was rather large with a lovely big living room over looking the beach where I would sit for many hours just watching the world go by. The master bedroom had the most comfy large bed (Super king size) we have slept in. The hot tub was extremely clean and lovely and warm. Access to the back garden is private from the kitchen and has a secure gate to ensure our furry friends were safe with the kitchen door open. Overall our 6 night stay was amazing, very relaxed and the best location for the beach, St Anne’s centre and a good leisurely walk along the beach into Lytham to sample a new find “Savannah's” restaurant. Would definitely recommend a stay with Nikki and Luke. 👍🏻

Absolutely peaceful and clean place. Debbie was a great host and the apartment is best for anyone to unwind after busy work. The peaceful surrounding, jacuzzi , and the sleep. If you feel burnout and want to relax, this is the place. Thanks for hosting us and we will definitely book this place again in the future.

Beautiful apartment over 2 stories. Lovely large lounge and dining area. 5 minute walk to the town centre with all the shops, pubs and restaurants.

We found the perfect place to relax and live. Darren provided the most amazing accommodation with meticulous attention to detail. The treats he provided were very well received and it made life so easy. We will definitely return and until then want to say a huge thank you. It is like the Tardis,when you open the front door and realise how extensive the apartment is because from the front you assume it will be just a normal sized terraced house. Prepare to be amazed!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It was clean, warm and really comfy. It has a lovely bay window where myself and auntie could just sit in peace and watch the world go by. If you want a chilled time away but with everything on your doorstep this is the place. Plenty lovely restaurants, cafes, shops and not far from the trams and right across from the beach.

Great location for everything Blackpool has to offer. Good communication from the host before and during the stay and the accommodation has everything you need for a short stay away.
