Shahed was an extremely good host who was always available to answer questions and assist with any queries. The room and whole house area was clean and I especially enjoyed the access to heating and hot water during this winter period.

Beautiful location with stunning views over the countryside. Comfortable furnishings and relaxing place to rest our heads as we spent most of our days out and about for work. Colin was very responsive to messages and very helpful, before and during our stay. A great base to explore the local area.

I recently stayed at this accommodation and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing that home vibe. The location was perfect, with easy access to local amenities. Host was very helpful and clear with the instructions on how to check in. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

The TV has Netflix and prime logged on as a bonus which I found a very kind gesture. Hot water and heating system is at its best The bed and bedding is comfortable and high quality off fixtures and fittings throughout the house. From hand and bath towels to toilet Rolls to Hand soap this is above expectations that most holiday accommodation offers The combination microwave was fantastic and even down to the automatic no touch bin. It was warm and homely. The garden is very secure and safe for dogs and even a hose pipe to wash down sandy dogs in garden. We will definitely book again. A credit to Andrew the host.

We loved our stay. The apartment was not like the photos on the listing but it was nice nonetheless. Quiet, easy access to Lancaster, helpful staff, top facilities - we highly recommend the spa. Would like to stay again.

Great location. 10-15 minutes walk to Fisher gate shopping area. Close to Avenham Park. Near Girders Wheel for walk along River Ribble. Very comfortable apartment with good amenities. Free parking right in front of property. Susie is very friendly and responsive host. Will return if coming to Preston again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Located in a really good location, with restaurants and a shop within a very short walk of the accommodation. The cottage was beautifully laid out, the shower was amazing! The hot tub was perfect, and loved that it’s private and secluded so no one can see in. Would highly recommend the stay - just be prepared for slow WiFi!

Another fantastic stay at Hannah's lovely property for myself and my family. As soon as we found it available again, we had to book it. Lovely and clean, everything needed for our stay, fantastic location, and the comfiest beds. Just perfect! I'm sure we'll be back again in the future. Highly recommended.

Maria’s place in Bolton-le-Sands was a solid choice. Clean, comfy, and quietly well-equipped without trying too hard. Maria was helpful when needed, but otherwise left us in peace, which was exactly right. We went out in full optimism for a wet walk across the salt marsh, and somehow ended up in sunshine on the canal. Dinner at The Royal Hotel was a highlight—proper food, no faff, and beer that did the job. A good house, a good pub, and a very good weekend with old friends. Would book again, ideally with better waterproofs.

Amazing stay! The location was spot on, the room had everything I needed and Sharon? Absolute legend. Friendly, helpful and probably the only person who could make checking in feel like catching up with an old friend. 11/10 would stay again even just for the vibes.

Lovely, spacious , well appointed cottage in lovely village. Spa shop and pub very close. Although on a main road in the village we found it quiet in the cottage. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend.

Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

Jen was the best from the start. Replied and accepted my request super fast, told me all the details about the house and even kindly gave me a ride from the place I was to her place. Her daughter Amy was also lovely. Braco, the dog, is the sweetest, super loving but obedient and gentle. The room is great, super spacious and cozy, with a giant bed. There were sweet treats, mugs, coffee, milk and a kettle available. Loved how big the windows were, you could get a lot of natural light and see the beautiful view from the field (where you could also chill and get some sun). The bathroom was also great, with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. The shower’s water pressure was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils you could possibly need and Jen always offered her own food; her chicken’s eggs are so tasty. Outside, there’s a long clothing line that was extremely useful for me, someone whom had a lot of clothes to wash. Had the best stay, nothing to complain about.

The house is definitely home from home vibe! It was brilliant for all age groups and would definitely return. The house is absolutely spotless, even had hoover lines in every room. Adam is a great host and communicates back promptly. I would 100% recommend staying here! The hot tub was a hit for all the family too!

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.
