I've now stayed in two properties listed by Lisa both I would have no problem staying in again clean and tidy looked same as in the listing she was only a message away responded instantly if asked a question if I go to Blackpool again I will be 100% be using her again a million miles away from some of the guesthouses in Blackpool worth every penny

A brilliant stay in a lovely place, close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Great service by Sophie. Excellent value.

Amazing accommodation, new refurbished, clean and tidy. It just the same as the photos. We are so happy to stay here. We made the last minute booking, Dean replied very quick and get us the check in information immediately. Really appreciate. We definitely will come back in the future. Thanks for Dean’s team. Shebby is an excellent host 🙏 he is kind, responsive, proactive and willing to help above and beyond what you pay him to do. Genuinely a great guy. The are some improvements that can be made in terms of cleanliness (not a fault of his own) and perhaps looking into an alternative lock system that will offer easier access. I know he will improve on his current model to ensure excellent service for future clients because he is so people centered. I booked this accomodation for a 4 night stay, and I was studying for majority of the time. For the purposes of my travel, it was adequate and comfortable.

Very happy again with our stay. Clean and spotless clean. Would recommend!! We will be back next year

I lived in the apartment for 8 comfortable months. It was a bit cold in winter, however once the weather warmed up it was lovely. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or problems I had. Well worth the money for a comfortable, well looked after apartment.

Beautiful accomodation, great onside parking, situated centrally between St Annes and Lytham with public transpprt close by. Smashing very prompt in resolving any issues albeit we only had 1 very slight problem with bedside lamp, which he quickly resolved. Would stay here again - Very highly recommended

Great little flat close enough to walk to everything including pleasure beach, sand castle water park, stanley park and the zoo. Had everything that you needed, easy to find, plenty of places to park outside, nice and tidy. Only thing I would mention is that there is a huge extractor fan from the take away next door that runs up the side of the bedroom window which is noisy so if you're a light sleeper this could be annoying, luckily it didn't bother us at all as we aren't light sleepers 😆 x

We had a lovely few days. House was very clean and tidy. Needed hand towels in the bathrooms and a lamp in the living room. Welcome gifts was an amazing touch. Thank you to Andy for a lovely stay

Great location for Blackpool, the front and pleasure beach an easy walk. Located in a nice avenue. Enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend!!

Dava's place was easy to find and was very clean and tidy. The car park at the rear was a bit difficult to get to as the suggested gate was locked, but we managed to find an alternative route to get to the car park so it wasn't an issue. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend away. Would recommend.

Although we only had 1 night here we wanted to stay longer because of the amazing location. This flat has everything for a small family, kitchen utensils were available to make meals and a separate lounge makes for a spacious area. This was a 3 min walk to the water park and promenade area, a must recommend for Blackpool visitors.

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

This was one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Really comfortable, clean, and everything had been thought about to such a high standard. Will definitely book again :)

The flat was exactly as described and all that we needed for our short weekend away. 5 minutes to the pleasure beach and promenade, couldn't really ask for much more. Great local takeaways, deliveroo and just eat cover the area too as we didn't want to cook. However, we could have cooked if we wanted to, there is an oven and gob along with pots and pans, plus a microwave

Petit mais agréable, au calme à l'arrière de la maison. Nous n'étions que 2 donc ok mais je ne vois pas 4 personnes dormir là, le clic clac est un peu petit pour 2. Simple et propre, rien à dire. Je reviendrai volontiers

Fantastic apartment right in the town centre. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed in apartment no 1 and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We had an enjoyable two night stay. Andrea met us on arrival and was on hand if we needed anything. I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Christine’s place is a cute little flat in a great location. The flat is a couple of minutes from the seafront and less than 10 minutes walk to the centre. Lytham itself is a picturesque little town. Christine was kind enough to change the dates for our stay without any fuss when I had made a mistake.

Really lovely apartment and super clean! Would have been handy to have some bin bags left but it was a great stay, would definitely recommend!
