Great single-family home with plenty of room. We got good and clear instructions ahead of time. Also a big plus that it was informed in advance of renovation work so that we knew what we were going to do. Hosts also responded quickly to our requests. Where we'd love to come back😊

Very friendly landlord, flexible and helpful. All rooms, with 14 beds, were nicely refurbished, and we felt very welcome. Large long table with room for 15-16 dinner guests. Facilities for video viewing and music. Fantastic views, heated pool and good storage facilities for refrigerated/frozen goods, clothes and equipment. Perfect for arranging a party!!

Really a place to recommend :) Especially if you are a big family like us, the house was big and very spacious. Very good outdoor area for barbecuing and cuddling. Birgitte as a host was great, always helpful and responded quickly to messages.

The house was extraordinary, had more than you can see in the photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

We had perfect days (and also perfect, bright midsummer nights) here. We loved the house and its surroundings. We got to go out in the canoe and enjoy the company of a curious seal, we played at the beach, cooked midnight hot dogs on the provided fire pit, and shared many relaxing family meals at the spacious kitchen table. The beds were so comfortable, and the house is well furnished, with unbelievable views from every window. If I could sit by one of its windows and stare out at Tarvafjorden past this green flowery meadow every day for the rest of my life, I would, but alas, I must hand it back to its owners, and pass along this review to another lucky guest. Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in, and we’ve visited quite a few!

The house is really exactly as shown in the photos - everything is really right here! We were very sorry to have only been here for a few nights and would stay longer next time as it is a great base station for exploring the surroundings, going to Trondheim, taking hikes etc.. After an eventful day, you can "watch" the lake in the evening, cook in the well-equipped kitchen and really relax. Highly recommended!

The cabin is functional, beautiful and well equipped and is well located in the terrain. The lush vegetation around the cabin, with trees and shrubs, takes care of both the consideration of the great view and the consideration for shelter from neighbors. The large and practically designed front porch is a fantastic place to stay. The location provides good opportunities for hiking in beautiful nature, and several sights in the area are easily accessible by car. The host Eva is easy to connect with, nice, helpful and prepared for us to thrive.

A lovely place, with the sea as your next door neighbor, and the elk, the deer, the hare, the otter, the eagle, and many . many happy birds. Perfect to sit in the conservatory to see both the sunset light and animals in the field. so lucky with the weather to gorgeous sunset 3 out of 4 evenings. Plenty of space, has what you need in the kitchen. Both grandmother of 75 and the kids at 14 and 16, had a great time, in addition to us in our 40s and the dog, who thought the animals were somewhat exciting at times. Good days in silence, with nature as a sound effect. 🌼💚 The bathroom, hiked, visited Lauvøya and Stokkøya. Thank you for us. perfect Easter for me who skis on my feet. 👌

Fantastic location right on the pebbles, perfect for children! Cozy house in old-fashioned style, but has TV, washing machine and dishwasher, so you have everything you need. There were 8 of us, and it didn't feel crowded. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful weekend at Hans Petter's house; the house had all the amenities and a little more (a nice swimming area). The location is idyllic, beautiful nature, no noise, and a short distance to other places on Frøya. Hans Petter is the perfect host; professional communication, information combined with kindness and hospitality made the booking, preparations and stay perfect!

Nina's cabin is by far our favorite Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Firstly, Nina is the most kind, wonderful, lovely host and she took such good care of us during our visit, even before arriving to help us with Wifi, directions, local recommendations, etc. Her cabin on the lake is the most idyllic, peaceful little home decorated so beautifully with rustic Scandic features and furniture. We could have stayed a month enjoying the calm of the lake, the views, and the nearby farms. Every morning waking up at this quaint little cabin was just breathtaking. We are already counting the days until we can come back to visit again. What an absolute gem of a home in Selbu. Thank you Nina!

Amazing and quiet location! We were 7 people and the house worked perfectly for us. Close to the house there are very nice hiking trails up the mountain with miles of views. There was also good fishing from shore nearby. We're super happy!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the most beautiful Sætra to Monika. Setra is surrounded by beautiful surroundings and has a formidable view. This is the perfect place to celebrate New Year's Eve! The four-legged people also had a great time outside in the enclosure that is around Sætra. This is a place that is even nicer than in the pictures, and has everything you need for a nice stay. Monika was available and very helpful. Thank you - we'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at 'Steina'. The house was clean and complete. Jorunn was a friendly host and communication was easy. We also got to meet her lovely dog and cats. Would recommend :)

Anita is super host! From moment I sendt first message till we left, was fast and easy communication! House is is very comfortable, whit everything what is needed for peaceful stay. Around is beautiful views and a lot possibility to go hiking, sauna is very nice and placed exactly in coastline of fjord. And her husband was very helpfull with boat rent and showing best fishing spots nearby. I very recommend this place for others to stay, it’s super peaceful and in same time if there is needed something Anita super responsive! Recommend 💯

We stayed at the place for a weekend. Arrive before the agreed check-in time on Friday, which was unproblematic for the landlord. Both house and key were easy to figure out from instructions. The house has great views out over the Fro Sea and contained what we needed besides brought food and drinks. What we were missing could be purchased at Coop about 10 minutes from the house. Great starting point for both walks and exploring the fishing village otherwise.

Wonderful idyllic place not so far from Trondheim, would recommend to anyone wanting to spend some time in peace close to nature.
