The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Cozy guest house located in a rural area five kilometers from central Oskarshamn along the mountain trail and at the starting point of the Ostkustleden trail. Distance 2.5 km to Lake Eckern where you can swim and fish. The cottage is 16 square meters and contains a bunk bed, sofa bed, mini kitchen and dining area. Water and sewage are available close by the separate toilet and shower modal. Here you stand and wash your dishes with the forest next to you. The cottage should be left cleaned. Please bring your own towels and bed linens. No pets allowed.

You have the Ostkustleden trail right outside the door and several opportunities for both hiking and biking in the area, both Mtb and country road. There are also several swimming-friendly lakes nearby. Astrid Lindgren's world, Vimmerby and moose parks are less than an hour away by car. Other sights are the island Blå virgin, Stensjöby and only 20 minutes to the ferry towards Gotland/Öland. Kalmar Castle and Västervik's nice environment is an hour away.

Several nearby swimming areas. It's another 70m the boat and the jetty belonging to the cabin. Ask the host if you're interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat,canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor to boat can be rented for 100 SEK per day+ gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Do not note Wi-Fi

Extra bed for adult/children available. Wooden fire sauna by the lake can be rented. Possibility of fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Beautiful surroundings in old cultural landscape.

The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. We live in one part of the house and you rent the other. The garden is a fine place to enjoy evenings. Warmly welcome!

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 the cottage was used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now was storeroom and grain storage. In the early 1980s it was converted into a dwelling, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach edge.

We had an amazing week, the combination was perfect a charming and comfy place with wonderful hosts that helped us with all the information needed to make the best from our visit to the area. It worth to mention that we were participating in a orientering competition and the house was perfect for our needs with the possibility of cooking and doing the laundry

The AirBnb of the two is wonderful: I felt comfortable from the first moment. Communication is very, very friendly and super fast (the two are always available and help me with everything). Everything in the accommodation is exactly as described and sparkling clean. It really is a dream.

We stayed at Sören's place for two nights. The house looked much bigger in real life than in the pictures, we were really surprised. We were able to park directly in front of the house and were greeted nicely by Sören. He told us and showed us everything important and was always available. The furnishings of the house were good and everything was very clean. We particularly liked the whirlpool. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the lake because it was simply too cold. Nearby, about 15 minutes by car, there is a larger city with shopping and restaurants. There is an animal shelter on the property, so you could sometimes hear cats or dogs, but that did not bother us. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and book again at any time!

We had two indescribably beautiful weeks in the cottage. As can be seen from the description and the pictures, the cottage has charm and is superbly equipped. And the location in the middle of nature was simply great - the forest and the lake are breathtaking. Everything was cleaned and prepared in the accommodation upon our arrival. The contact with Tjark was perfect - he was very friendly, very eager to ensure a pleasant stay, and questions were answered within minutes. The accommodation is definitely a great recommendation!
