Holiday rentals with a patio in Bivio

Everything is tip top. Insanely beautiful view and just as great apartment. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Christian gave some very helpful tips for the area and the communication was easy and very friendly. Thank you!

Our family enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at this amazing property. The hard work and dedication to sustainability and economic design was clear to see. Eva and Urs were very kind and helpful. We arrived later than expected and were dropped by a taxi at the wrong place! Urs came and kindly rescued us and Eva offered to make us some tea as it was late. Couldn’t fault anything, a beautiful location, with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend x

The stay at the accommodation was great. The apartment is large and clean. The location is perfect. One evening, the noise from the neighborhood was very loud. The other evening it was quiet and only normal street noise. We would come back. Thank you.

Yves and his family were so responsive. Their property is so peacful with a fantastic view and many places for serene photography We loved hainv an entire home at our disposal. It's clear they put a lot of love into this home. The valley here is one of the most beautiful we have seen. We loved just sitting.

We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is located in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is within walking distance, and there are good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to inquiries and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. It is conveniently close to the train station and the ferry, which offered regular services to various stunning destinations. We took quick trips to Bellagio and Menaggio, both a 10-minute ride. The views were a highlight, and we found ourselves enchanted by the private garden. Each evening, we would relax with a glass of fizz, taking in the lake. A perfect way to end our day. Inside the apartment, everything was thoughtfully designed. The shower was fantastic, and beds were comfortable. With wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Our host, Marco was wonderful. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us around, providing instructions and tips about the area. Their hospitality made our stay enjoyable. The trip was romantic, as my partner planned it all - he proposed on our stay! A perfect place to celebrate. We had been looking for a modern apartment for our vacation on Lake Lucerne for a long time and then came across Roshan's great Scandinavian furnished, bright and friendly apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, everything you need is there - compact, high-quality and cozy. Mattress is excellent, we slept super well. The roof terrace is beautifully situated towards the forest hill and you can hear a lot of nature. That's really great. The roof at the back protects from the noise of the road and railway tracks by the lake. The communication was exemplary and super friendly! You can quickly walk to the lake, boat, train and in the village with a bakery, butcher and Lidl. Logistically top location! We highly recommend the apartment and will gladly come back ourselves.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

It was super nice! We highly recommend Anna's accommodation! It is very clean and everything you need is available. The terrace with the view is a dream and you can hike or bike directly from the house. The area is beautiful! Anna was very friendly and helpful as a host!

We had a lovely stay here and it was a great spot to explore the Heidiland area from. The local area had great views, parks, and restaurants. We were also able to day trip to Liechtenstein and Austria! We booked this on somewhat short notice as our plans had changed, but the host was flexible and able to get us in to the property the next day. Easy to work with and very responsive.
