Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

I recommend this apartment loft! It has beautiful views of Lake Como from the small village of Perledo which is in the mountains above Varenna. The apartment was very clean and spacious for 2 people with lots of amenities. We used the spa and heated pool which was nice. Signing up for a time slot wasn’t a problem as there was lots of availability. I recommend renting a car to drive around unless you wait for the bus and ferry schedules. There isn’t anything within walking distance so have a means of transportation to get to Varenna (10 minutes down the mountain). We had the best time and Andrea was very helpful and informative. If we had any questions we got a quick response. 10/10 recommend!!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La vue est magnifique et l’environnement est propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont vraiment des plus qui permettent de passer un séjour inoubliable ! Attention, il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture ! Le logement est situé très haut dans les montagnes. Pas de commerce accessibles à pieds.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Very spacious apartment with a lot of rooms, nice big balcony. The temperature of the apartment was comfortable, not to warm despite the temperature outside. The apartment is close to a few nice restaurants, the lakeside, a supermarket and gelatostore. It is also possible to cook yourself in the kitchen, there are enough utensils etc. We slept really well because the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We were happy with the free parking spot in the garage. Decent pricing. We would definitely recommend.

Nos hemos alojado un grupo de amigas y hemos vuelto encantadas. La casa es preciosa y sobre todo las vistas. Estar en el jacuzzi o sauna disfrutando de las vistas era todo un lujo. Lo unico malo es que para llegar al alojamiento hay que subir al pueblo y la carretera tiene curvas y es estrecha, no apto para gente que se marea. Sonia siempre atenta a que no nos faltara de nada. Hicimos tb un paseo en barco con Sonia y su marido que fue estupendo, nos contaron cosas de la zona y nos ofrecieron un aperitivi.

Piero and Nadia are excellent hosts ensuring our stay went very smoothly. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace taking in the view, and in the evening watching the sun go down.

The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. If you are looking for a peaceful place and beautiful surroundings then this appartment is for you! You will be stunned by the beauty of the lake and mountains. Waking up to this scenery every day and being able to see it from every window is a treat that no one deserves and yet you are living it every moment of your day. Easy reachable by car, by the lake and the host is simply one of the best. We used Airbnb for years and Mattia is one of our favorite hosts up to date. Quick with responses, easy to communicate, and very helpful. He supplies you with various amounts of different types of food to end your evening of arrival or start the morning and then you can drive to the nearest supermarket Cetti 15 min by car on a straight road and it has everything. And did I mention the steps…you need to climb up to be in paradise. Thank you Mattia for sharing this place with the world of adventurous people!

C'est un endroit magnifique avec une vue incroyable. L'appartement est vraiment bien. C'est un endroit calme et paisible pour se reposer et se ressoucer. Je recommande à 100 % et une hôte réactive et très accueillante.

We had such a great time visiting here. It was a bit of a walk to the house but very doable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Riccardo was extremely responsive during our visit too. Menaggio was the perfect area to stay at Lake Como. All of the charm and half of the crowds. We Hope to come back again someday.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. Sehr gute Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Super Ausstattung, schöne ruhige Umgebung. Gute stets freundliche Kommunikation mit Sarah. Zur Lage bzw. Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir zum Arbeiten da waren. Waren auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Un posto meraviglioso dove si può godere a 360 gradi della vista sul lago. Appartamento spazioso e arredato molto bene. Parcheggio privato al chiuso, facile se hai un’auto piccola. Completamente silenzioso la notte. A piedi si raggiungono ristoranti, piccoli supermercati e il traghetto per andare ovunque sul lago.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had a serene, peaceful & wonderful time staying at Silvia’s place. We felt totally at home and we couldn’t get over how amazing the views were! The home is lovely and cosy and we enjoyed having breakfasts outside in the crisp mornings & lighting the fire in the evenings as we cosied up. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and utensils which made it easy for us to cook our own meals whilst we were there. The pool area is stunning and we enjoyed playing on the tennis table too. We loved seeing Silvia’s animals around the grounds including extremely friendly cats, dogs & even some tortoises! Silvia was extremely responsive and helpful and she was there to personally greet us as we drove toward the property. She gave us great local recommendations and was a very polite and sweet lady. The area itself is breathtakingly beautiful, we felt like we had the place to ourselves as we wandered the streets of gravedona. Would recommend!

We loved our stay here! Be prepared to hike a steep incline to get to the apartment if you don’t rent a car. It’s well worth the hike for the incredible views but just be prepared! Everything was wonderful and we loved the location.

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Really attractive home with a great pool and pleasant garden, just out of town definitely need a car to explore the local area, which we did. Enjoyed the restaurants in Laveno. Monica is a great host and lovely and friendly. Highly recommended!
