Not too far from the beach ! Had a lot of space and amenities. Perfect place for us and our dogs !

We had a great time and found pretty much everything we needed in the house or very nearby!

Brandon’s home was absolutely beautiful and the perfect size for our group who went to the beach! It was close to Mustang island and the Texas State Aquarium! The backyard was beautiful with a fire pit to roast s’mores and they had an assortment of games to be played. The kitchen was wonderful and clean and the bathrooms were fantastic! The home comes with a washer and dryer and they provided laundry soap as well! I will definitely be recommending this home to others and would love to visit in the future!

Our oldest son graduated and this was our home base for a few family members to attend the ceremony in Kingsville and have a great celebration dinner at Kings Inn. We were also able to make a morning fishing trip. We’re hoping to make another trip here just to fish next time! This place is close to so much including Kingsville but has wonderful outdoor cooking space free from bugs in the screened in patio, a great spot to have morning coffee on the front patio in a rocking chair and room for everyone to catch up, rest, relax and cut up and play games.

It far exceeded our expectations! We felt right at home and the house was in a peaceful, beautiful location. The owners left fishing gear and a crabbing basket and we loved sitting on the dock fishing! This is a great location for families!

This house was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing, and the house itself was beautiful and felt like an extension of our own home. We had so much fun and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Honestly such a good host him and her are amazing I've been literally come here again in a heartbeat they were so nice the fire alarm went off in our room but there wasn't a fire and the husband came over and fixed it for us and it was just really nice of him I really recommend his face and these people so nice genuinely humble hope to rent it out again!!!!

Felt right at home! Lori was very proactive in sending the information we needed. Super easy check-in. Extra touches were so nice like board games, pool towels, and extra blankets. Will definitely book at any properties Lori has available.

Cynthia was so responsive to me. This place was very clean, beautiful, quiet, and she had it stocked with everything from garbage bags, dish soap to shampoo, soap and even more! Highly recommend and we cannot wait to stay there again. Loved that the door has a keypad instead of keeping up with a key. So close to the beach!!!

This was our first trip to Corpus Christi as a family and this is exactly what we needed. Diane was a great host and very responsive. The location allowed us to try a variety of great foods from breakfast, bakeries, & delicious restaurants. The house has a lot of amenities, including a well stocked, coffee, and tea bar which we enjoyed every morning. Definitely would recommend this location and will book again.

What an amazing host for an amazing property! Colleen was an amazing host and provided great instructions for us to get into the property and even left a wonderful welcome gift for us to enjoy. Colleen was very responsive both before and after our stay. What an awesome host! Everything was at least as awesome as the description. Just about anything you could possibly imagine wanting/needing for a beach front stay was provided at the property. From beach furniture to body boards to sand toys to (my personal favorite) even a Star Wars vinal record with Bluetooth record player! The property is a corner condo that is literally less than 100 yards to the ocean shore with access to the beach very close (or you could climb down the beach wall directly in front of the property like we all did). With the patio furniture that was provided, our family enjoyed hanging out and watching people, the seagulls and pelicans, and the wonderful sound of crashing waves. Wish I had more space! :)

This is a great place and is walkable to the Gulf. We’ll stay here again!

It was wonderful! The place was just like the photos. Very clean and cozy. The hostesses were friendly and good to have a conversation with. The family was very nice. I wish we would of stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality.

We decided to take a pit stop from the volunteer event we drove to and was able to get early check in with the last minute decision. We were given extra blankets for all the kids and had some great recommendations from host!

The location was perfect for us, 5 minutes from anything you need. Tony was very nice and the bnb was exactly as pictured!!! Everything was clean and had anything you might need. Thank you so much!!

I had an amazing stay at Tracy’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy, and the space was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Tracy was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed yet quiet enough for a relaxing retreat. The little thoughtful touches, like cozy decor, made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience. The house is in a great location! It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped (basic spices, variety of pots/pans/dishes, etc.). It truly felt like we were staying in someone’s home, cozy and welcoming. We understood the listing to have a true sofa beds, which turned out to be more suited for kids and a regular sofa. However, we would definitely stay there again just not with four adults that need three beds. The hosts also left chips and salsa and a bottle of wine. It was a great place and we hope to stay there again.

We loved our stay at the Island House. Easy access to the beach from the Seawall (if you are wanting to bring a wagon, tent, etc it is probably easiest to drive because of the steep steps down the seawall). The house was very clean with everything you could need. The pool is right outside your front door but was never too loud. It is a good size with plenty of seating. The office had free games to borrow for our rainy morning. The only thing we were missing were chairs for the patio and perhaps more options for hanging up wet suits and towels. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Cati's house was very nice. It felt homey and it was spacious. The floor plan was in regards of the bedrooms was great; two bedrooms were close together an the master bedroom was in separate area of the house. Backyard was spacious for pets. The doggie poop bags were very helpful.

Lisa was an amazing host! She responded quickly when I messaged! The check in was super easy, the place was clean and exactly what we were wanting. The location is great. We were able to walk to the beach. We had a great time and loved that we were able to bring our doggos. She had all the things you would need for a beach day, which was super helpful! Fishing off the back porch was so fun! 100 % recommend this place and anything Lisa has!
