On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and good closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, cabinets and sink. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.
