New Brighton promenade is a short drive or bus ride away, with beach, park, multi-screen cinema, theatre, ten pin bowling,restaurants & bars.

The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.
