Chouette appartement, il ne manque rien, bien contente de pas être allé à l’hôtel , immeuble sécurisé ! Juste en bas bar, super marché, un restau ou on mange pour peu et les quantités incroyable ainsi que la qualité ! Pour nous le meilleur qu’on est pu faire ! Ayant fais beaucoup de ville. Nabeul est une grande ville; on s’y sent comme chez nous. Pour finir la maman de Fatima est adorable, ainsi que la gardien. Fatima est réceptive rapidement en message. Je recommande les yeux ferme et si je suis de passage à Nabeul ça sera sans hésiter que je retournerai dans ce Airbnb !

It was such a great experience. The place is just less than a 100 miters by the see. The style of the house is suitable to the fabulous experience; two big beds located in differed floors, up and down. Also I can’t forget how helpful Ms. Naila was; she would go out of her way and be always available for any questions or even advice on the small city. I will definitely comeback again✔️

The apartment was basic but had the essentials. Had some issues with the air con, oven and bathroom. The shower leaked and it was impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. The oven didn't stay on but the gas cooker was fine. I would advise u take towels with u as there wasn't enough and also only one bed sheet. The local shops are basic and u would need to travel to access a proper supermarket. Ahmed was friendly on arrival.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) in dieser Villa! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Der Pool ist genauso groß und schön wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Besonders toll fanden wir den Privatstrand, der nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist und exklusiv für die Anwohner zugänglich ist. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig mit vier Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Außerdem war alles sauber. Insgesamt eine großartige Unterkunft – wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen!

Donia's place was very nice. A lot of space where we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and the garden was beautiful. The pool was nice but we weren't able to enjoy it because the weather was still cold in April.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nahla ! Le check-in et le check-out ont été rapides et faciles, avec des instructions claires fournies. La maison était propre, conforme à la description et ressemblait aux photos. Nahla a été une hôte remarquable, réactive et d'une grande aide. Au final, c'était un juste rapport qualité-prix. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Superbe villa encore plus jolie que sur les photos! Nous y avons séjourné à deux familles (5 adultes et 4 enfants) et l’espace était idéal. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Tout y était pour passer un séjour agréable. Le séjour et la cuisine sont très spacieux. Toutes les chambres sont équipées d’un climatiseur. Il y a une buanderie pour laver son linge. Une grande table pour 12 personnes pour déjeuner dans le jardin au bord de la piscine et même un barbecue. Coup de cœur pour la piscine très grande et design. Samy nous a accueilli chaleureusement du début à la fin. 10 sur 10 pour cette villa que nous garderons précieusement dans nos contacts pour les prochaines visites à Hammamet! Impeccable!

Séjour parfait, accueil exceptionnel ! Magnifique maison et propriétaire disponible merveilleux. Nous étions vraiment ravis de cette expérience, j'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cette belle villa avec piscine. La maison elle-même est vraiment belle et impeccablement entretenue, de belles pièces bien organisées, chaque chambre avec sa propre salle de bain, une attention aux détails et très bien entretenue, des espaces immenses, accueillants et lumineux, un mobilier confortable et moderne. Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cet appartement qui correspond en tous points à ce qui était annoncé et à ce que nous en attendions. La petite terrasse est très agréable pour lire, bavarder, prendre un verre, le tout avec le parfum du jasmin, et le reste de l'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et sécurisée. La proximité de la plage est un atout, tout comme la station de taxis juste à l'entrée de la résidence, ce qui facilite les déplacements vers Hammamet ou Nabeul. Quelques chouettes restaurants sont très proches, ce qui est toujours très agréable. Hatem est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et même proactif. Nous y reviendrons certainement et avec un très grand plaisir.

Fantastic apartment, great location, walking distance from all the amenities: shops, supermarket, restaurants, mosque, old media and the beach/sea. The apartment was in a quiet and very secure residence area in the heart of the tourist zone. It was well equipped with all essential items needed to enjoy our stay with an enormous terrace with sea views. The owner was friendly and helpful. We are hopeful to return again in the future as we loved our stay.
