Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Biograd na Moru

We had a fabulous week at Antonijas place. So easy with a pick up and drop off to the airport as we didn't have a car. Bus to Zadar just a short walk away. The accommodation is gorgeous, super clean, spacious and so peaceful - loved the stone walls! Everything was great. Sukosan is peaceful and very clean with a couple of little supermarkets to get stuff you need, and plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. Thank you Antonija and family - highly recommended!

Simple and clean apartment with all that's necessary for a comfortable stay. It's spacious and the terrace is nice for sitting together in the evening. Marko was very polite and supportive, as well as easy to contact. He provided good dining recommentations and went out of his way to support us with the parking tickets for the harbour.

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

Luka was one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever had, he responded to queries very quickly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went smoothly. The property is in the most beautiful location and offered a really peaceful break. Previous reviews have mentioned the building work, this was barely noticeable during the day and certainly didn’t impact on the enjoyment of the villa.

Comfortable, well-furnished apartment with a beautiful view, clean and spacious. The location is perfect, where you can feel the breeze from the sea. Large shaded terrace with a beautiful view. Very good contact with a nice helpful host. A big plus for me was the possibility of parking the car in the garage! Staying in this apartment is a pure pleasure, we will definitely come back here. We had a fantastic stay here. Location is perfect and the accommodation has great views to the harbour, old town and sea. Waking up every day to this was delightful and watching all the activity of boats and people coming and going. Everywhere is very walkable from here. The apartment is super relaxing, light, modern and bright with very comfy beds. It has all the amenities you need and is extremely clean. The balconies are spacious to sit and enjoy the lovely views and the sunshine or shade from them throughout the entire day. We enjoyed this aspect of the stay here. Zadar is pretty and we spent a full week here. There are lots of nice restaurants to choose from and everything is close. The beach is walkable too. The apartment was a perfect base to explore. Andrej was so helpful and responsive. We were able to drop off our luggage before check in which we really appreciated. It was a pleasure to communicate with Andrej and stay in his place. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Super hostess - great 👍🏼 We immediately felt very comfortable in Maja's apartment. Everything was tip top clean & super furnished 👌🏼 The accommodation is close to Zadar & the airport. Yes, at certain traffic times, aircraft fly over the house. But it didn't bother us very much. Thank you for the lovely stay 😊♥️

For us as a family with small children, it was perfect. There is even a small playground in the yard with great equipment. The apartment was very clean and everything as described. The hosts were very nice and tried to make us feel comfortable.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. I recommend to everyone. Thank you and see you soon 😉

The apartment is great. It has a great view and it's fully furnished. The building is old and the elevator is small but when you go inside the apartment everything is perfect.

Andro is very welcoming and very responsive. He is very available and kindly gave us information. The accommodation is very good and it is well located, it is a strong point. We had a great time. We would recommend this listing!

Large, very comfortable apartment with parking, very close to the bridge to the old town. The hostess is extremely delicate and kind.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
