Holiday rentals with a patio in Binh Trung Tay

I'll stay was very relaxing and the place was very clean and easy to access. The area is very good and there's lots of things to do in walkable distance. The balcony that we had was a very nice touch as well and beautiful to sit outside. Anh sent very clear instructions and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend this place!

It was so convenient that the host always responded quickly. There was nothing lacking for 8 people, and the bedding and towels were all tidy. If I come again next time, I want to use this accommodation.

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Thx for this great appartment at Landmark. Great location and support for the owner. Everything working well beside some complications at the beginning with finger print and access to the pool. But we worked it out. I’ll be back again, cheers Henryk

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

Leave an honest review. 1. The mailbox that was guided at check-in was a place that I couldn't enter without a card key, so I had to wait for someone else to enter. 2. The floor and bathroom cleaning conditions were a little messy 3. The Wi-Fi speed was unstable, so I had difficulty using the Internet 4. I don't know if the air conditioner is an old problem or something else, but it's too weak and uncomfortable. 5. There are not enough towels for the accommodation schedule and the number of people. There were about 5 problems like this, but the 4th and 5th problems were actively helped to some extent, and the rest was solved directly because there was no great inconvenience. The reason I'm leaving such a long review is because I think that if you pay attention to these small details and prepare them in advance, it will probably be the best accommodation.

There are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores on the first floor, so it's convenient and the location is good. It's remodeled and clean, and the host communicates quickly and accurately. They also took care of the items I left behind at checkout and sent them to me, and they cooperated well. I want to use it again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

Nice place, clean, secure. It has everything you need! This was my 23 visit to Vietnam and I have stayed in many many places, this is one of the best. Highly recommended. If it had a pool it would be perfect

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!
