It was so convenient that the host always responded quickly. There was nothing lacking for 8 people, and the bedding and towels were all tidy. If I come again next time, I want to use this accommodation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Exactly as described, for some reason this apartment felt like home. I'll recommend and will also return for longer when in Ho Chi Minh. Its located in a very nice neighbourhood in D2 away from the bustle of D1. There's a resort like pool, a functional gym, professional and helpful concierge. There are some great cafes around as well as restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable, slept like a baby. The view from the apartment was phenomenal, didn't have the time to experience the view from the rooftop garden. Just book it! You'll be glad you did.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City. The location was perfect — right at the center, making it super easy to get around. It was just a quick 10-minute cab ride to Saigon Centre. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the housekeeper who was always so kind and helped us with our luggage — his support made our stay even smoother. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

What a way to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. This apartment was so amazing with a gym that was excellent and great outlook and a rooftop pool as well as a private plunge pool at our apartment. The staff were amazing and the private lift to the apartment and security at all times was a bonus. The aircon kept us cool at all times and the laundry washer and dryer were so fabulous. Simply an amazing apartment, light and bright, great staff and excellent host.

The homestay has such a warm, cozy vibe — perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and feels like a real sanctuary. The location is super convenient too, close to cafes and shops but tucked away enough for quiet and privacy. Ideal for a restful stay in the city. Highly recommended!

The place has met my expectations and has value for money. Kul was so responsive, friendly, helpful, proactive, and did recommendations. The place has all I need from iron for clothes, water, extra blanket, nice and clean sheets and towels. Overall im really happy and satisfied about my stay. And already told my friends and families if they are going to vietnam they should book this place.

I visited with my baby, and it's a complex with good facilities for children. The view is good and the security is good. If you go a little further, there is an e-mart that has just opened. It was much better than the complicated 1st group. I'd like to visit again if I have the chance next time.

Lô was a very friendly and flexible host. I asked her if I could store my luggage prior to the check-in time and she just let me check in early since the room was ready! The location is great, plenty of good dining and shopping within walking distance. I'd highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.
