We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to drop off our luggage. The possibility to wash your clothes was also super practical! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is ideal for a few days in the city and is at the same time pleasantly quiet in the side street. Thanks for everything!!!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

I had an amazing time staying at Noah’s place for a short travel/business trip. Super clean, the interiors are amazing, and after a long day I am glad I could just relax on the sofa watching TV, take a good shower before calling it a day.

Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

A tasteful and comfortable stay overall. The apartment was serene and well-equipped. However, the absence of Netflix on the TV and limited communication with the host were slight drawbacks.

The homestay has such a warm, cozy vibe — perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and feels like a real sanctuary. The location is super convenient too, close to cafes and shops but tucked away enough for quiet and privacy. Ideal for a restful stay in the city. Highly recommended!

I visited with my baby, and it's a complex with good facilities for children. The view is good and the security is good. If you go a little further, there is an e-mart that has just opened. It was much better than the complicated 1st group. I'd like to visit again if I have the chance next time.

A wonderful quiet escape from the noise and chaos of Ho Chi Minh City. Great pool on 21st floor with spectacular views. Sophia was very responsive to all my requests and her instructions to a foreigner who only speaks English were impeccable. Thank you. Highly recommended. Hilary

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.
