Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

It was a lodging that I booked urgently within 2-3 hours, but the host Diem was very active in helping me, so I checked in safely. The house was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. It was close to the airport, and it was a clean apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Above all, it was a great advantage that when something happened, I contacted the host and received feedback right away.

Beautiful apartment in a cool neighborhood. Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were great, full tub in one and great shower in the other. Air Conditioner was great. They even provided bottled drinking water! Away from the hustle bustle of downtown HCMC, just down the road was an amazing Spa on the water (Spa Authentic).

We had a great time in Agnes’ condo. She emailed a guidebook of things to do in HCMC after we reserved the property. She was so helpful and friendly. She spoke to our cab driver to ensure proper directions. She and her son met us upon arrival and showed us the condo, pool, gym, neighborhood -all spectacular. The view from the living and master bedroom is unbelievable. The property is spotless. Agnes provided us with bananas, nuts, and bottles of water - much appreciated. Washer and bathtub were nice extras. Huge local market and tons of restaurants close to condo. People remarkably welcoming, all trying to help us with the language and menu. We had a fantastic stay including New Years fireworks from the pool. We highly recommend this property with Agnes as your host.

Apartment was great! It really was luxury. Also taxi station was just on the front door so it was easy to travel and get known Saigon better.

Lovely place with great staff who took care of daily cleaning and water replenishment, also friendly receptionist and security guard. The living room was huge and kitchen was sufficient, though if we had actually planned on cooking we would have needed to bring more cooking utensils since the ones available were very basic. Would have appreciated another hairdryer, maybe as a wall attachment in the guest bathroom? The only thing that bothered me a little was the fact that the area was under construction, hence the noises and some car horn was on for around 30 minutes at night before being towed away(?). Overall, great value for money for our group of friends and I would recommend this place for your stay in District 2.

The place is really clean and spacious (2 bed rooms) and 2 bathrooms, we didnt know that before. there place came with kitchen equipments such microwave, pan and stuff where u can cook simple dishes plus the washing machine at the balcony. i felt like home in this apartment. wifi working great so does aircon. to get in to the busy city is very easy by GRAB. it took us 30 mins to the airport. recommended for couple.

I highly recommend it, so please use it when you stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff are all very kind.

Honest review. Property needs some revamping such as new curtains and couch. Bathroom and living room needed cleaning when I first arrived on the property. What I liked was cleaning was sent right away when I needed it. I’d say property needs to work on giving a good first impression. Other than that, property was good and is located in a great location. Beautiful view of Landmark 81 and great food and drink places all around. Host’s team was very responsive and helpful. Only reason why I gave 5 stars is because of the team’s responsiveness and the view and location of the property. I would stay again if cleanliness was better. Im sure host and her team will work on that based on the hard work and responsiveness they shown.

Tam is a lovely host! The check-in /check-out was very flexible and she gave me a tour walk around the neighborhood and showed me how to get around. She also gave me tips and tricks about the city. The apartment is in a great location, far from the street noises and around 15-20 minute walk to the downtown area, or at most 10 minutes if you take a taxi.

We were made very welcome on arrival. Everything was as described and was even better and larger than expected. All of the service staff were very friendly and it was easy to take a taxi from the apartment. There are numerous restaurants in the area in walking distance including some really super ones by the river. It seemed to be a very safe area once you get used to crossing the road!

i had a good stay here. Everything during my stay was fine. The location is good, close to D1 and D2. Pros were the view, the gym, close to stores and cafe in the building complex.

Michael and family were very kind and helpful throughout our 3 month stay in their home. The location was ideal for us, between office and town centre. Chợ Bà Chiểu market is just down the road for an authentic local shopping experience. For anyone looking for a real house rather than an apartment in Saigon, this is somewhere worth considering.

Absolutely amazing place, location, and amenities. Not only are you able to get the feel of Saigon because everything is within a taxi ride, but you get to enjoy the more calm, collected side of the city. Everything that is wanted or needed can be found at the many shops and stores around. Not the mention the lovely Central Park area that is lovely to walk around during any time of day and evening.
