Holiday rentals with a patio in Binghamton

Enjoyed our stay and the place was so cute! This was a trip to a fan of The Office. Cannot believe this was the only option like this, but it was fantastic

The stay was wonderful and very picturesque. John was very communicative and provided great recommendations around the place. The highlight of the stay was definitely the three barn cats who guided us to the front door and were really friendly and a delight to be around. The area around the house is really serene and peaceful and was great to walk around. Would 100% recommend this stay!

What a wonderful place! Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We celebrated a graduation but I only wish I knew about this the last four years. Fabulous. If I’m ever back to the area I will certainly look this up again. Thank you!!

We just needed a place to stay on our way home, and so I chose this little place because it was cheaper than the big brand hotels and allowed our dog. So glad we did! Comfy beds and furniture, and honestly, the pictures do not do this home justice! The parking was a little confusing, but easily accessible once we figured that out. It was a little warm upon arrival but the window units quickly made it comfortable and the overhead chandeliers doubled as ceiling fans and that helped. We walked our dog in the neighborhood and felt completely comfortable. Also, a huge bonus, we tried the little coffee shop literally across the street -- Mansour's Market -- and loved it. Our waitress was friendly and attentive; their baked goods looked amazing; and our breakfast was delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich on a hard roll with Cooper cheese and bacon and am still thinking about it. Don't hesitate to stay here. Cute place!

Any question I had was answered promptly. Access to the pool, hot tub, and fireplace was a nice touch. It was a secluded area, very quiet and peaceful. Close enough to several places, but not in the hustle and bustle of the main towns.

Was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to access. It's a small space but was perfect for 2 of us. Walking distance to a beautiful park and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. My family and I came to visit friends in the area during January, so we didn't use anything outside, but inside was absolutely amazing. My husband and I LOVED the space that we had so we weren't on top of each other like we are when we rent a hotel room, my daughter fell in LOVE with the pink room, and my son was excited to watch movies on the BIG tv. When everyone is happy, I am VERY happy. Jose was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly in his correspondences. It felt more like talking to a friend, than a complete stranger. Before we left, we got to see a couple of bald eagles across the river hanging out in one of the trees. Everything was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. If we come back down to that area, I will definitely try to rent this house again.

I absolutely loved Catherine’s place — the most beautiful windows in the most beautiful setting. The space was open and welcoming and she was the kindest, most helpful host. I was so grateful to spend a few days there and would recommend her spot to anyone :)

This was a peaceful, cozy spot to enjoy a long weekend. The river view from both the house as well as the yard was a bonus feature. We spent the evenings enjoying the fire pit by the river and then retired indoors to the large, comfortable living room. Drew was very responsive to our needs of an early check-in which we greatly appreciated. 😊 We would recommend this spot. (Oh, the fishing had easy access, so we we enjoyed that as well.)

Jessica is a great host and her place truly felt like a home for us the moment we walked in. We stayed over 4 nights and couldn’t be happier with our choice in the area. Beautiful home kept neat and tidy. Meticulously well maintained. Lots of space for everyone in the family and great location as well. Super responsive host is just a cherry on cake for this place. Jesssica was very responsive with our questions and made us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend this place for a family looking for a nice and clean space to spend time in the area.

This 1878 Victorian Charmer is absolutely stunning. We loved our stay, so much so, several have already said they'll be back. We were a party of 8 and the house & rooms are large, beds comfortable, tastefully decorated. Lots of room inside and out, quiet location, full kitchen and fantastically stocked with supplies, the most I've ever seen in any Airbnb I've ever stayed at. We did not need anything during our stay nor did we have any problems. Lights, TV, appliances and showers all worked without issues. Centrally located to stores, gas stations, restaurants and safe to walk around. The hosts were very responsive whenever I emailed them. When answering my questions, they were thorough with the details . The history of this home was left for us to read, which is a must read for everyone. Home and property aesthetically gorgeous. I cannot say enough about this home. It's an experience that will be remembered by us all for a long time. Cannot wait to book again in the future

Michele’s place was great for what we needed it for. We are a family of 3 in town for a baseball tournament. It was much cheaper than local hotels and we had more room and amenities. We would definitely stay here again if the team returns. Michele was quick to respond to any questions that I had.

We were very comfortable staying here. We communicated a couple times with host and he was very prompt to answer our questions.

Megan was a great host. Her place was clean and easy to get in and out of without an issue. Everything was spotless. She was very accommodating and her communication was great. We went up for Cornell's graduation weekend. It was easy to get to from her place. If we were ever headed there again, we would definitely book with her again.

Comfortable, extremely clean and very convenient location. Wonderful accommodations for my family especially the well stocked modern, spacious kitchen.

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

The space was great! The only thing that was different was the indoor pool and hot tub were not on site. They only have an outdoor pool that of course was closed in February. They did however give access at another resort 7 miles away. We were not able to take advantage due to a snow storm that came in. But I did get use of the jet tub in the upstairs bathroom so it made up for it😊

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.

Susan’s place was very spacious, clean and lovely. My family really enjoyed staying there during the graduation visit. We would definitely recommend this place!! Easy to locate as well and a nice kitchen

This spot was incredible! The pictures are accurate but can’t quite do the space justice. We had a range of weather during our stay in early March- super sunny & cold, snowy, grey and rainy- but no matter the weather it felt so welcoming to sit in the living room looking out at the slopes. I only had my partner & my dog for this stay, but there’s plenty of space to bring friends & family. The proximity to the mountains both visually and walk or shuttle wise is perfect. Maybe random, but a touch I loved was the quality of the pots and pans included in the space. This will be saved and shared- such a gem of a place! Thank you, Breeana & Family 🎿🏂🐺
