Holiday rentals with a patio in Biella

The accommodation was perfect without exception. The location, the modern facilities and the outstanding view of the lake made our trip an experience. Fabrizio was super friendly and his son Lukas recommended very good restaurants in Milan. Even in October it is a good opportunity to switch off for a few days, we could use the jacuzzi at any time, even at 2 o'clock in the morning we sat in it and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine and a cigar. Thanks again to Fabrizio!

Highly recommended! Spacious rooms with private bathroom, all very clean and comfortable beds. The outdoor space is also very pleasant. A super welcome for our dogs too, Elisa was really kind and had fresh water for them on arrival. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back to her😊

Very comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is walking distance to explore the town very easily. There is a wonderful cheese shop and deli right outside the door. Within 5 minutes there is probably more than 20 restaurants, cafes and bars — you won’t go hungry! We parked our car for free in a lot that was 5 minute walk. We would recommend and stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in Borgomanero, a small town close to Stresq and the Borromean Islands as well as San Giulio to Lake Orta. Numerous beautiful hikes around the lakes ,small typical villages.Our host was really friendly and always available for advice , ideas for visits or restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean,spacious and quiet while being close to shops.Draps,towels were available as at the hotel.Bref,everything was perfect and we can't wait to come back!!!Thank you Yuriy for your warm welcome.

Beautiful location, perfect for hiking, garden has an incredible view that you can sit and eat/drink in peace. Cannot reccomend enough.

The place corresponds to the description and the pictures. The check-in process is very well supported by the host Milena through pictures and videos. She is very nice and helpful. Although there is a steep forest slope in front of the terrace that allows little natural light to enter the apartment, making it look a little dark, but the great amenities of the place more than make up for this. The apartment is clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. Even sugar, salt, coffee, tea and much more was available. Price/performance ratio is good for this area. The apartment is recommended without hesitation.

The house is located within walking distance of the center of Biella and close to many hiking trails, parks and beautiful villages. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Biella. Erika is a great host, always available, kind and very quick to respond.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Tiziana's house. The hostess met us very hospitably and was always responsive to our requests. The house is very cozy, every detail strikes, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Comfortable sleeping places, all bathroom amenities, including bathrobe and slippers were in our location. We can safely say that breakfast is included in the price, as in addition to coffee and tea there were many different sweets, yogurt and even a bottle of champagne, which we enjoyed opening on New Year's Eve! They say how you celebrate the New Year, you will spend it. We met this year in a beautiful place!!! Thank you so much Tizania!

the house is immersed in an enchanting landscape, surrounded by the mountains and in front of the Lozon pond. The nature around is beautiful, perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and walks. Our dog also appreciated it. The house is equipped with everything and, if needed, it warms up well and quickly. Mr. Lucio welcomed us with courtesy and also showed us a great restaurant in the area. Thank you for everything. We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

The stay was a truly great experience. The house itself is the perfect blend of traditional and cozy, but with plenty of modern amenities, from the fancy showers to the fireplaces hooked up to the heating system to the modern and well-furnished kitchen. There is plenty of space as well - there were four of us, and we each had our own room. The furniture is comfortable, and the evenings by the fire were for sure a highlight of our trip. The area is very beautiful, a tranquil location packed with good hikes for people who love nature. We went on a hike towards Uja di Calcante starting directly from the house, encountering some stunning views. Bruno was also very helpful and friendly, giving us tips for the area and even leaving us some good prosecco to enjoy. All in all, a unique and highly recommended experience!

The house is bigger and better than it looks in the photos, it was clean and with good bedding and mattresses. Kevin responded quickly and efficiently, has his own parking which makes the stay easier. I recommend it!

The flat is very spacious, very clean, quiet, comfortable and functional. The area is quiet, in the heights of Omega, but also very close to the centre. Great value for money, we couldn't ask for anything better, and we highly recommend it!

What can I say? The best AIRBNB we've ever made. MARZIA and Alberto are two very welcoming people. Adorable, he gave us great advice throughout our stay. Thank you Marzia for recommending Lake Orta, Orta San Giulio and the Rocca di Arona. We did it on Saturday. My husband and I came for 5 days to relax with our 3 children (7 years, 4 years and 23 months). A cot and a high chair were waiting for us. The children were able to play in the cabin of their little Gaia. Slides, swings, balls, dolls... there's everything to make children happy. Some hens and a rooster walk quietly in the garden. This garden... a paradise!!!!! It's simply magnificent. Gaia is a lovely child who will be greatly missed by the children. Thank you for everything. My stay in Italy with Giuseppe and Alberta was fantastic. Their accommodation was cozy and well equipped, in an idyllic location with beautiful views. Giuseppe and Alberta were incredibly hospitable, gave us many tips for excursions in the region and made us feel right at home. Especially the dinner with homemade specialties was a highlight. Overall it was a wonderful experience that was made unforgettable by the warm nature of the hosts.

It was not a pleasure vacation but a necessity to be close to the hospital. What I was interested in was a quiet place, close to the center and clean, and I found it there.

Wonderful stay just a few minutes from Aosta. Spectacular and quiet place, where you can rest and wake up in the morning full of energy. Mrs. Ester welcomed us and showed us the apartment, which immediately turned out to be exactly as in the photos. The apartment has all the comforts and we also found basic ingredients in the kitchen (oil,salt,sugar,etc.) and towels in the bathroom. Also, thanks to Ester's advice, we discovered some small gems of Val d 'Aosta such as Cogne and Chamois, which made us appreciate our stay even more. We hope to come back as soon as possible so we can enjoy this beautiful corner of the world again.
