Beach house holiday rentals in Bicheno

Lovely peaceful comfortable place to stay with the bonus of a wood fire and a sauna to enjoy. Has great views with a private rocky cove directly at the bottom of the garden and an easy coastal walk to the beautiful redbill beach and diamond island point. All in all really hard leave.

The location was perfect, peaceful and beautiful, and just a short walk to Redbill Beach which had the best sunsets. The house itself had a great living and kitchen, though the split level living did not really suit our needs the best. The place also was a bit old with some finicky doors and locks. But other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and would gladly stay again the next time in Bicheno!

Our stay was just wonderful in a world where it was lovely just to enjoy your surroundings. Daniel’s house made this easy to do and made comforts very accessible. A lovely restful place to allow us to be a family Thank you.

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

We just loved staying at Emily's home. The view, location, the home, the amenities, decor - all of it was just gorgeous. Without doubt, it is one of the best airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Communication was also super easy and fast.

The Ocean Retreat is an absolute pleasure to stay at. The deck and pool overlooking the ocean is what sets this place apart, the view is breathtaking. The heated pool is a great temperature, we used it even though the weather wasn't really warm. The kitchen has great amenities and is well stocked for entertaining. Having two dishwashers and a butlers pantry is brilliant. BBQ is huge! Makes cooking for the family easy. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ensuite, makes it great when you have 4 couples staying like we did. All the bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room for the bassinet and stuff for our infant. The layout of the loungeroom is well considered too, the gas "woodheater" gives all the ambience of a log fire without the mess and warms the area really well. Thank you Nigel and Courtney for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back again soon!

The view is expansive, astonishing and better than the photos!! The sea shore is a short walk down and is great for swimming. We saw a huge ray in the sand, seals swimming and there are always birds soaring. The sunsets are incredible. We really enjoyed all the outdoor seating and spent most of our time on the patio. Freycinet Nat Park is a short drive away with great hiking and world-class beaches that are stunning. The house has everything you’d need and is very bright, inviting, comfortable and cozy. Meika was a great and generous host. We highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay and it made our Easter break great! Our host was so helpful and we really appreciated his thoughtful advice. We fully recommend this place to anyone wanting a great break on Tassie’s east coast.

House was warm and inviting on arrival which was welcome on a cold, wet weekend. House was clean and comfortable and very convenient to shops etc. Thank you for a lovely few days.

The lodge was perfect for our extended family weekend, it’s not fancy but ideal and safe for young children. 2 living areas, a big kitchen and enough seating for everyone including an outdoor steaming the garage and a furious with wood supplied. The facilities at the estate were great and kept the adults and kids busy and entertained. Tash was a wonderful host

This is the nicest house I have ever stayed in!

Wow what an amazing home with a luxurious feel. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The magnesium pool was clean and warm and lovely to relax in. The bedrooms were extra comfy and perfect for our party of 4 with a double or queen bed each! Plus three bathrooms between us. Thankyou for a great base to explore the Bay of Fires and Halls Falls. It was just perfect 🙏

An absolute getaway! So peaceful and private. Stunning beach views and the beach all to ourselves. Gorgeous bush drive in and out of the property. Met lots of wildlife.

We had a wonderful stay at Owen’s home. A very welcoming visit, firewood ready to go in the fireplace. Owen is very generous with his supplies in the kitchen & bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. A great choice if you are visiting Bicheno

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! On arrival, the home was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The instructions for using the steam room, lighting, and other features were clear and easy to follow, which made settling in a breeze. The jacuzzi was sensational and incredibly relaxing, it definitely added extra value to the experience. A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, thank you!

This place is beautiful! The view is breathtaking and the house is in a perfect spot close to the town shop and cafe, as well as the National Park. There were a couple of things that could be improved: - the door to the balcony was unlocked when we arrived and we were unable to lock it with the keys provided which is a security concern. - we were traveling with our 6 month old and requested a portacot. This was provided but not set up for us, and the cot provided did not click into place under the mattress.

Staying at this Airbnb in Binalong Bay was an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the breathtaking white sands and crystal-clear waters of the Bay of Fires. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the well-equipped kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderfully welcoming and provided excellent local tips on where to eat, walk, and explore. We especially appreciated the guidebook with hidden gem beach spots and nearby walking trails. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature’s best, this is the place. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
