House holiday rentals in Bicheno

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

We had a lovely time at this beautiful accommodation. We really appreciated the cleanliness, and how well furnished and stocked the place was. Having all the appliances required for cooking, to washing was really helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you once again and we will hope to be back in the future!

We had an amazing stay and it made our Easter break great! Our host was so helpful and we really appreciated his thoughtful advice. We fully recommend this place to anyone wanting a great break on Tassie’s east coast.

House was warm and inviting on arrival which was welcome on a cold, wet weekend. House was clean and comfortable and very convenient to shops etc. Thank you for a lovely few days.

The Ocean Retreat is an absolute pleasure to stay at. The deck and pool overlooking the ocean is what sets this place apart, the view is breathtaking. The heated pool is a great temperature, we used it even though the weather wasn't really warm. The kitchen has great amenities and is well stocked for entertaining. Having two dishwashers and a butlers pantry is brilliant. BBQ is huge! Makes cooking for the family easy. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom/ensuite, makes it great when you have 4 couples staying like we did. All the bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of room for the bassinet and stuff for our infant. The layout of the loungeroom is well considered too, the gas "woodheater" gives all the ambience of a log fire without the mess and warms the area really well. Thank you Nigel and Courtney for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back again soon!

The lodge was perfect for our extended family weekend, it’s not fancy but ideal and safe for young children. 2 living areas, a big kitchen and enough seating for everyone including an outdoor steaming the garage and a furious with wood supplied. The facilities at the estate were great and kept the adults and kids busy and entertained. Tash was a wonderful host

This is the nicest house I have ever stayed in!

Wow what an amazing home with a luxurious feel. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The magnesium pool was clean and warm and lovely to relax in. The bedrooms were extra comfy and perfect for our party of 4 with a double or queen bed each! Plus three bathrooms between us. Thankyou for a great base to explore the Bay of Fires and Halls Falls. It was just perfect 🙏

Absolutely gorgeous home, and perfect for a long weekend (or longer) with friends or family. Fantastically equipped kitchen, comfortable and warm rooms, incredible views (including from the bathtub). We went for a rainy winter stay with four adults and three children and didn't mind not leaving the house one bit (apart from the occasional walk down to what felt like a private beach, with no-one else around). Can't wait to go back. Thank you!

The location was perfect, peaceful and beautiful, and just a short walk to Redbill Beach which had the best sunsets. The house itself had a great living and kitchen, though the split level living did not really suit our needs the best. The place also was a bit old with some finicky doors and locks. But other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and would gladly stay again the next time in Bicheno!

I had a fantastic stay at Mary’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Mary was an incredibly kind and responsive host who made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home. A lovely house with amazing views! My friends and I had a cosy stay with plenty of space and warm fire place for the chilly winter night. Adam was very communicative with check in details and left us a lovely cheese platter and port to enjoy on our arrival, and the house had everything we needed. I wish I had more time to spend enjoying this relaxing space.

An absolute getaway! So peaceful and private. Stunning beach views and the beach all to ourselves. Gorgeous bush drive in and out of the property. Met lots of wildlife.

We had a wonderful stay at Owen’s home. A very welcoming visit, firewood ready to go in the fireplace. Owen is very generous with his supplies in the kitchen & bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. A great choice if you are visiting Bicheno

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place! On arrival, the home was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. The instructions for using the steam room, lighting, and other features were clear and easy to follow, which made settling in a breeze. Staying at this Airbnb in Binalong Bay was an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the breathtaking white sands and crystal-clear waters of the Bay of Fires. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the well-equipped kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was wonderfully welcoming and provided excellent local tips on where to eat, walk, and explore. We especially appreciated the guidebook with hidden gem beach spots and nearby walking trails. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature’s best, this is the place. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
