Nicolo's apartment is perfect. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. The decor is understated, quite suitable for an Airbnb. Very good location, both for access to the beaches and to visit Venice. Nicolo is responsive, everything went very well, thank you.

We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

The accommodation met our expectations, it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. Everything was impeccably clean, beautiful view from the side of the sea, and from the roof where the pool is located on the part of Caorle and the sea. The house is spacious and as in the photo/description; the kitchen is well-stocked, the bathrooms are spacious, the outdoor space is spacious and you can park your car; two bikes are also available. The area is quiet and very close to the sea. Nearby are clubs and supermarkets. Jeremiah is helpful, kind and friendly.

We had a great short visit in Venice, where we meet family members we haven’t seen in a long time, who happen to also be visiting at the same time but were in Verona. It was easy to arrange a meet up as Angelo’s Airbnb is close to Venizia Santa Lucia train station. We had a good full stay, had 2 good meals, visited several churches, took a vaporetto. Overall, had a fun day with our relatives. Thank you, Angelo for welcoming us to your home!

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

Everything was great, the place was nice, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The house and the yard are very nice. Comfortable access to the yard with a car, plenty of parking. Patricia is friendly and helpful, all recommendations for accommodation and hosts. We spent a wonderful time in Lido di Jesolo. A big hello to Patricia. We will recommend to friends and come again if the opportunity arises.

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Pamela’s apartment is such a gem - even better than the pictures. It’s so clean, spacious, and well equipped. Shower is great. Appliances are very new. Location is also perfect - short walk from train station and vaporetto but on a quiet street. Pamela is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have questions or a concern. We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

Very nice and cozy terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The beach is within walking distance. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are in the immediate vicinity. The tennis bar is also right next door. We had a nice and relaxing vacation.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

Great place to stay in a quiet part of Venice, which is not something you hear too often. Wi-Fi was a little bit slow so streamers beware. That being said it’s important to give this place a five star rating because the stay was amazing. We’re just snobs about Wi-Fi.

One of the best stays ever. There was everything and Emanuele was very helpful and gave all the instructions. He also surprised us with an amazing welcome gift. Didn't feel like going back! Overall best!

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

We really enjoyed our stay in Orietta's home in Venice. We were able to take a water taxis from the airport and get within a couple short blocks of the home. The location is a relatively short walk to St Peter's Square and had plenty of restaurants nearby. My wife really like the way the home was decorated and we used the library of books Orietta has on Venice while we were relaxing.
