Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bibione Spiaggia

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

We were Umberto's guests for the Vasco Rossi concert, Umberto welcomed us with kindness and sympathy, he immediately gave us directions to the area, he was a very hospitable and attentive host, I would gladly visit him again

Amazing and very clean waterfront apartment. Google maps don’t show accurate directions so I recommend using Apple Maps, our host was very helpful to get us to the right address. The boat station (that you take to go everywhere) is only a few min away, the area is very safe, walkable and has lots of cool spots nearby - cafes, shops, everything. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, dishes and supplies. Hot shower, and washing machine were very nice.

Super nice host. Accommodation clean, central and close to the beach. We felt comfortable there.

Very kind host. The accommodation was in the city center, in a very good location — everything was close, yet it was quiet. We had a good rest at night and enjoyed great excursions during the day. It was well-equipped, spacious, and had plenty of sleeping places.

This was an amazing way to start our Italy trip. We loved sitting next to the open window and watching the gondolas pass by. It was close to everything you need, small market, a great little place to get an espresso and hop on our own gondola ride. We scheduled many things that were easy to get to via vaperetto. Book this stay, you will not be disappointed!

We can only highly recommend Gerard! Super nicely furnished! You were greeted with prosecco, typical pastries and coffee. Gerard always responds promptly and gives you valuable tips for a successful stay. Fortunately, Chioggia has retained its Italian charm. Always worth a visit.

Vincenzo was available right away, even when I asked to be able to check out a little later. He met all my requests without any problems. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you need, the pool is clean. Recommended

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for travelers. If you have forgotten anything, Sara has thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close on foot to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store close by. And above all, admirable hosts of unspeakable kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

This place is magical! Staying here made our trip to Venice more than wonderful. The Venetian elegance, the Murano glass, and the views out every window were magnificent. We really enjoyed our coffee on the rooftop terrace while listening to the music coming from the nearby conservatory. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

It's a lovely and homely place in the middle of a busy touristy city. Feels very authentic, not just an empty space. Real plants, not something purchased from the supermarket, that kind of thing. The balcony is a lovely extra. It's not quite as free of noise as some of the other reviews suggest, there is a lively street just around the corner and the activity is present by moment, and the street below is narrow and used by local people. However, it was never too much, and mainly just added to our pleasure of the place, a 'real feel' that is specific to the area. We were very well looked after, and if we had friends visiting Venice we would definitely recommend.

Francesco was wonderful to work with and his place was beautiful! It has a beautiful balcony over a canal with flowers and beautiful little lights. I loved just drinking standing and watching the gondolas go by. It is very near tons of great restaurants and a beautiful plaza. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to everything. He had great recommendations for where to eat and things to do. And he sent us info on how to book a water taxi to the airport and who he recommended. This was so helpful. In the way in he told us what line to take and what stop to get off at. He made it so easy. I will definitely stay again when we come back with our kids!
