We had a wonderful 10 days with Zlata, Marta & Katarina. Thanks to their great recommendations, we quickly got to know the area and made very nice excursions into the varied surroundings. The family contact was super nice and brought us even closer to Croatia. We're so excited for next time.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need for your stay, and Zvonimir was very kind and always available to help us and meet our needs. The location is perfect for visiting Zadar on foot and close enough to the beaches; we parked easily in the vicinity of the house.

The place was GREAT. A really successful short vacation with a dog. The accommodation is absolutely suitable for dogs. The view is simply amazing, with private sea access to dreamy clear water and a great outdoor grill. The terrace is beautiful for dinner or coffee. 2 small deficiencies: 1. Unfortunately, from the 2nd day onwards, showering was only possible with cold water 2. Access is difficult, especially with very low cars, but it is feasible with a little skill. A big plus is the availability for charging EVs.

Unfortunately, I did not meet Mirjana myself, but she was always available. Her husband and son did and they were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the sea. Apartment is equipped with everything even fresh fruit and cookies. The house also has a restaurant that makes delicious dishes. Private parking is very nice.

The location of Tatjana's listing is great, right by the market in old town, so easy to get everywhere. The apartment was very clean, and we really enjoyed the view from the terrace; the apartment is very spacious as well! Loved our stay and would love to return!

Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was clean, spacious and ideal for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The host was super friendly and even gave us fresh, organic vegetables – the best we've ever tasted! The barbecue area was a real highlight, as we like to barbecue. The location is quiet, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for guests with a car - there is a nice, spacious parking lot. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation if you visit Zadar!

Aldo was the most incredible, helpful and kind host! He helped us out a lot during a difficult situation, and we are so grateful for his generosity. He showed us into the apartment, gave us local recommendations, and his family also gave us fresh figs from their garden! Such a beautiful and clean space, with lots of room and an outdoor section to sit and have a coffee. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

The apartment is in the port area, on a quiet street, a short time from the center of Zadar. It has everything you need, it's spacious and bright, and we were very comfortable. It also has private parking in the garden. Fantastic choice!!

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

Great, small apartment in a beautiful house. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean. Check-in is very flexible and easy. Communication was great. Within 5 minutes' walking distance, there are several shops and the beach. Nearby is the Pizzeria Sime which is a must visit.

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

I had a great time. Friendly, close to the store, easy to get to the beach and downtown. The apartment is clean. The stove is not easy, it took me 40 minutes to boil water for pasta. Other than that, everything is great. A great host helped us with transportation and recommended places to go.
