such lovely view right on the beach. lots of little extras like wine crisp milk bread eggs cereal and much more. john and Isabelle who live nextdoor are really friendly and interesting to chat to. Great pub The Star Inn down the road. Good food reasonably priced. well located for trips to Hastings and Eastbourn. will book again

We had a wonderful stay — the apartment is beautifully designed with great taste and attention to detail. Everything feels thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and ease. The location is peaceful and full of charm, just a short walk to the sea and lovely local cafes. Louise was an exceptionally kind and responsive host — generous with her time and recommendations, and genuinely caring. We felt warmly welcomed from the very start. We had a lovely stay at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. The photos were accurate and the view was just as stunning in person. As a family of four, we really appreciated the space—the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any messages. Although the weather wasn’t great during our visit, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—if anything, it’s a good excuse to come back and enjoy it again in better weather!

Lovely place to stay would recommend. It was so nice to be a quick walk from the pier and the place was just like it was described as well as very easy to get in with no hassle.

A lovely spotlessly clean and tidy flat (up three flights of stairs), with lovely sunny living room /kitchenette with everything you need and a tv system that resets itself so you can add your channels without worry. 5 mins walk to train station and easy access to flat. The bedroom is lovely and shady with great views over St Leonards to the sea. Binoculars were a fun touch! A quick walk downhill into St Leonards. The flat is round the corner from the very hip Kings road with lots of cafes, restaurants, antique and quirky shops (i really recommend Dandelion cafe). Great walks around the St Leonards area with amazing buildings (if like me you're into architecture) and around 15 min stroll along seafront to Hastings. There, I really recommend the Old Town (particularly All Saints st, and George St), the Hastings Contemporary artspace, the funiculars especially East Hill that takes you onto East Hill from where you get great views and long country walks. Thoroughly recommend this flat.

I think we struck lucky. The apartment was so well designed and furnished - very relaxing. Every single detail had been considered. St.Leonards is an interesting area - not much changed from 45 years ago!

Katie was an amazing host and responded quickly to any of my questions. Very helpful indeed. The home was modern, comfortable, very clean and pleasant. We were so pleased to find tea, milk, biscuits, coffee, condiments, it was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Beverly‘s flat is incredibly charming and tucked away in a quiet street of the old town, with direct access to the Hastings Country Park. The view onto the old town is really one of a kind and it feels like you are looking out onto a postcard! I had a wonderful time in the flat, the living room is beautifully decorated, the kitched is new and has everything you need, and the old town is only a 5 minute walk away. Bevery has also been so kind to provide lots of recommendations for the area, which I found very useful.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

We had such a lovely stay in this very central and cosy flat. Really nicely decorated with all the essentials for cooking. A very generous welcome basket. Great shower and really comfy bed with a cute terrace just outside the bedroom.

Deborah was incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the area. Her apartment is beautiful with lovely sea views and was really welcoming and comforting. We had a wee accident with the sofa and Deborah was super understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this flat more! The area is super lovely, lots of independent bars and restaurants and only a 25 min walk from Hastings

We are quite particular about where we stay when travelling around, and I’ve got to say, this property is a superb example as to how “AirBnB” should be done! It’s to an exceptional standard , with much thought and attention to detail into the essentials and nice to haves a guest may require. The fit out is superb, the location is as equally superb. Immaculate throughout, something we look for when booking a property to stay at. All in all, a superb stay, great value for money and we will most definitely be back again. I had a really wonderful 7 weeks and 4 days at Lisa and Lee's first floor apartment in St Leonards-on-Sea, overlooking Warrior Square Gardens, with a lovely sea view from the lounge and balcony. On arrival, Lisa and Lee warmly greeted me and showed me around. Everything was clean and tidy, beautifully decorated, with a very cozy and comfortable feel. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the sea front. A very memorable stay and I'm definately looking forward to returning soon. Airbnb was made for this beautiful place! The place was clean, had everything we could have needed and beautifully decorated. Our host was really helpful, responsive and left us with a little welcome fruit and biscuit bowl. I would 100% recommend this place and will be back.

Loved this cosy apartment in beautiful Rye. Located on the high street but very quiet at night and easy to walk everywhere. Very clean and felt just like home. Would have loved to stay longer. A little secret gem in Rye.

Absolutely 5 🌟 airB&B From booking, right through to checking out, Demi was an exemplary host, going above & beyond with communication, recommendations & checking that we had everything we needed during our stay. The flat was bigger than expected, immaculately clean, and offered everything you could need in a self-catering holiday. A very comprehensive kitchen includes lovely wine glasses, cooking equipment & crockery & cutlery… Wishing we had had enough time to fully utilise the brilliantly designed decked garden. A lovely sun trap. The flat is in a quiet location, up above the old town, and it’s well worth continuing up hill to a wonderful view out to sea. An all round lovely place & hosts. Thank you 🖤👌🏼

Exactly what we wanted from a short stay in central Hastings. great location - central yet quiet super responsive host large flat - large bed takes up a lot of space in the bedroom making access a little tricky to one side. well appointed & very clean - well equipped with washer dryer for longer says - minor issue with the (very new) kettle expiring and so we had to boil water on the hob.
