Private getaway on the shore of Lake Geneva outside Lausanne

We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Andrine and his wife were amazing, the house does not have wash machine, but when we ask for it, the family took our clothes, they wash and dry them. Amazing place and friendly place. Hopefully another time in Switzerland we will come back here again

Sensational location, we couldn’t have hoped for more beautiful spot! Very peaceful and hardly anyone around, birds and the river is all you can hear. The house is truly charming, cosy Italian mountain house with everything you need, we even had campfires outside most evenings. Fantastic spot for daily hikes being directly on the Tour du Mt Blanc. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house but buses run there only in the summer season, at the end of May the last stop was Planpincieux but it is a lovely 25min walk. Tina was just lovely and very helpful, she was waiting for us on our arrival and explained everything and even got us some truly delicious cakes! Emannuelle and her friend are very welcoming and warm. The contact is immediately good, they are good-natured and put you at ease. I was able to enjoy the garden to sunbathe a little on the rare days when the sun showed up in the Arve valley, and I also had the pleasure of playing a little with the dogs. A simple and pleasant stay.

Beautiful place - Totally worth the stay!

Beautiful house in beautiful location. Everything neat and clean. Spacious house with everything you need. A large garden with terrace and great views of the Mont Blanc massif. The car along the road is no problem, stuff is brought up by someone! Despite the fairly high price (which fits the location) absolutely a gem to book!

The house is much better than on the site. It has stunning views of the valley which is beautiful, the mountains which had snowed white tops when we were there (end of May), the garden was covered with flowers as well as the fields surrounding the house. Small streams all around, and that Is almost the only thing you hear except for the birds. The house is well equipped including the kitchen we used a lot. About 10 minute drive the is the small village of vallpeline there is a small elementary shop, a pharmacy and a place to drink. Alberto was very helpful and always answered quickly. W will for sure come again !!!

We had a wonderful time in your home. First and foremost the house itself: so beautiful, soothing, tastefully furnished and very cozy. We felt right at home there and also our children played there for hours. And then that view, I can't imagine this ever getting used to. In addition, it is also a super nice region, every trip we were amazed by the beauty of the region. It was a really successful vacation! We would love to come back here again.

One of the best places I have lived.. in the lap of mountains. Awesome views, Bali styled houses, calm. you feel like not to go anywhere and just spend the whole day looking the at the mountain. on of my best AirBnB experience!!

Very nice place, in the middle of the mountains. The place is cute and cozy, with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. The only thing to note is the fact that the phone and Wi-Fi signal are not optimal, but as an underside of the coin it can be used as an excuse for a healthy detox from the busy city life.
