Federica and Francesco are the best host & hostess I ever met. When they learnt we don't have big luggage, they offer a ride from port to apartment, which is really considerate at a hot, humid noon. Also, they offered us a late check out as no immediate next guest. And for the apartment, it is comfortable and well equipped, basically you have everything you need. All in the apartment are organized, new and clean, a luxury that travellers can ever have. Definitely a must stay in La Spezia.

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

If you come by car, you are in the right place, the fixed parking space in front of the house is worth gold in La Spezia. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Supermarket, restaurants, old town, ships, everything is within walking distance. The bus stop is also right outside the door. Carmine is quick to reach and gives good tips. The check-in was excellently described.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located inside a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the very kind service of the host. Upon arrival, we found her mother to be very nice and kind, and she also advised us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also go on beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few km away to visit the Cinque Terre.

We had a fantastic stay at Massimo's home in Altaganana. The communication with Massimo was absolutely top-notch - fast, helpful and welcoming. The home has a perfect location with an incredibly beautiful view. We'd love to come back!

The apartment "Fische" really offers everything you need. It has been renovated very nice and above all well thought out, so you can fully use the whole room. We liked the bedroom best, as you could enjoy the view of the inland from there:-) Gabriele and Silvia were very friendly, always available and even provided us with breakfast for the first morning. Lerici center is easily accessible in a 30-minute walk along the sea. The path to the beach of San Terenzo is short but steep - you need some stamina because 😄 the terrace is small and cozy. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of traffic during the high season, which you could hear well, but the insulation of the house is great, so you don't hear that in the apartment. All in all, a successful stay with great hosts, thank you!

Giacomo’s apartment is modern, spacious and in a great location to explore Lucca from. We also really appreciated the toys and cot for our 2 year old daughter! We would not hesitate to recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in Lucca.

This is an incredible Airbnb in Cinque Terre. It’s very easily accessible from the train station, with no big hikes or hills required. The unit is compact but never felt too small, it was very homey. The view was gorgeous. The amenities, specifically the washing machine and the AC units, were huge helps on our trip. Agos communicated often, effectively, and have very clear instructions. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. We do not have anything negative to say.

Ideally located accommodation to enjoy the Cinque Terre from the Spezia Centrale train station. As a bonus, a terrace for an aperitif in the evening!

We had a great time at the place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the pictures. The location was great. It is quiet, but still central. The check-in went smoothly, and the host was very friendly, easily accessible and helpful with questions. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

We had a wonderful stay! The kitchen was really well equipped and everything else was perfect for us. Ornela was incredibly nice and always available. The entire process was very straightforward. The only thing we noticed that was somewhat negative was the noise from the main street and the adjacent construction site when you spent the day comfortably on the terrace. For us, however, as I said, only a small point, since we were on the road a lot during the day. We felt very comfortable in Quinto! All the people were very nice and above all super dog-friendly.

Paola's place is in a great location and incredibly well appointed for a lovely and comfortable stay in any season. She has thought of every detail for her guests' comfort. Our family of four felt so at home here and found everything we needed. Paola's a great communicator, and I'm so glad we made time to visit her family winery during our stay. Her son, Francesco, provided a wonderful and intimate experience and even made it interesting for our teen daughters who joined for lunch. One of our favorite experiences on our trip to Italy!
