Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! This villa and its amazing hosts, Mojens and Suzy, couldn’t be a better place for a family or large group to enjoy Tuscany and Cortona in particular. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean and wonderful accommodations, and Mojens and Suzy are truly the best Airbnb hosts ever. We loved our two weeks here!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful! Everything was spotless, we enjoyed our bottle of wine on the back porch with an amazing view. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Family loved the villa and pool. The closest village is only a few minutes away and has stunning views. There's a great butcher in town as well.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

We had an unforgettable stay at Marlene’s villa! From the moment we booked, Marlene was an exceptional host — warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The villa is absolutely beautiful, even more stunning than the photos. It’s spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Every detail has been considered to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The view is breathtaking and made our time there even more special. Good week in this house

Simone was a truly fantastic host. He was always so friendly, eager to help, and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was okay, but never to the point it felt like it was encroaching on our privacy. Both check in and check out were super easy. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. I’d go as far to say it’s the best airbnb I have stayed in. The photos don’t show just how many areas there are on different levels which is great if you like to have a bit of privacy or different views every now and then. We loved watching the sunset over Tuscany each night. If you find steep hills a bit of a challenge, you may have difficulty walking to/from town, but this is no problem if you’ve hired a car. Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We had a lovely stay and even though it was a little hard to find the property, Andrea was incredibly helpful and responsive, even picking up some of our party to make sure they could get to the Villa. Surroundings and Villa were beautiful and spacious. Special mention to Andrea being above and beyond helpful though with recommendations and helping people get from A to B where necessary!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

We loved spending a week at this beautiful villa, which seems to have been renovated quite recently with wonderful taste, suiting an Italian countryside villa. And the views, breathtakingly beautiful! Everything was even better than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the pool, the outdoor dining arkea and the kitchen. Perfect for our group of four friends! The villa is a few kilometers from the closest shops, restaurants etc. so you need a car to get around. There were many towns and villages nearby which we enjoyed exploring. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location!

Jacopo’s villa was absolutely stunning and worth every penny paid! The house had every little amenity you could think of, fully equipped kitchen, every room was very clean, the garden area was great with beautiful and frequently cleaned pool, lots of sunbeds, garden furniture and a bbq in place too! There are couple of more villas near but they are located in a way that everyone has a very private experience with no shared areas. The surroundings are very beautiful too, once you enter the premises you get this Tuscany’s experience with the road full of Cypress trees. It is located in the quiet area with not many things around so a car is a must if you want to visit nearby cities and just not stay at the villa the whole stay (although you could because this place is so nice! :D).

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

We loved our time here. We were greeted by Marco’s parents who didn’t speak English but we were able to communicate just fine. The villa is in a beautiful, peaceful area & we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio every day. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable, plenty of kitchen equipment and lots of space. Marco’s parents were so kind and welcoming. The location is great for a home base in Tuscany with a car. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back. A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Villa dei Tigli is the perfect base to explore Umbria and Lazio. Letizia was a wonderful host, warm and responsive, excellent communication and local recommendations. The private pool was fantastic with stunning views across the valley. Carla's food was absolutely delicious, she was also so helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend a meal at Poggio del Bolognino, suggested by Letizia, stunning views and gorgeous food and service. Don't hesitate to book this place, it won't disappoint!

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cozy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, as was the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.
