Townhouse with beautiful view over the lake to Stresa and the mountains of Switzerland. Very practical that you can park the car in an underground parking and enter the house through its cellar. Good mattress with typical German feather beds and a direct lake view from the master bedroom’s bed. Our dog enjoyed the garden and the balcony (master bedroom) very much. It was very easy for him to climb up the stairs to the first floor, because the granite steps are roughened so they are not slippery, even when wet. There is a beach area (Cerro Beach) on the way to the restaurant Il Chiosco di Cerro where dogs are playing in the morning or evening and ours was warmly welcomed to join the group. We charged our car in Laveno-Mombello next to Cafe Vela (harbor promenades) and next to Via della Pergola, which brings you to the Sasso del Ferro gondola. But there are plenty of other charging stations around so we never got in trouble.

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The house is amazing. The views are spectacular. We were met with a generous basket of food and drinks. The house was very clean. Jordana was super responsive to all questions. We loved it and hope to come back!

Daniel’s chalet is gorgeous, perfect for a chill weekend with family and friends to enjoy nature and peace. The house brings you back in time, making you enjoy slowing down :) Daniel and Sylvie were very helpful in giving us tips and instructions and were always available to help us out. Very recommended .

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

Luciana is a great friendly and communicative woman. She was always quick to respond to our messages or questions. The house was perfect for us: my parents and brother slept in one apartment and my husband, our sons and I in the other. The weather was very nice, so we could sit outside a lot. We had little to no trouble with mosquitoes and there are screens all over the house. In less good weather, the seven of us would have been in one space that would have been somewhat cramped. It is possible, but I would have found that too tight for an entire week. Please be aware of this. Within a 5-minute walk you will find the small supermarket of Edoardo. This incredibly friendly man goes out of her way to help you well. This has worked very well with some words in German and almost no English and a very nice, cozy daily contribution to our holiday feeling. When you walk in the evening from the fence towards the chapel, you have a chance of a beautiful sunset overlooking Lake Orta.

Great housse, very authentic and quite big, we had plenty of place for 5 adults and 1 teenager the view is amazing, quiet environment great place to rest and resource, the terrasse is well equiped unfortunately we couldn't use the small swimming pool to refresh after a hike as there was a ban on pools due to hear wace apparently.

We felt comfortable in Umberto's quiet and well-kept apartment. The co-host Silvia is very helpful and available at any time. A special thank you to them. The surroundings offer a lot of beautiful, very practical for different activities. The terrace with the beautiful view of the lake is perfect if you don't want to do anything.

We had a wonderful time at Anthony's house. There were six of us and a toddler and we really had a lot of space. Everything was very well equipped, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was a dream and the view was priceless. The short distance to the lake was ideal for a short trip on the lake in a canoe or SUP. We would definitely book again. Thank you Anthony!

Aldo was great and his recommendations very accurate to what we needed. I loved that he communicated with us since the first moment we reserved and was also sharing pictures and sending clear instructions on our arrival.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay at this Chalet very much. Honestly, it was tiring to drag our luggage on the steep hill on our first day, but as soon as we entered the Chalet, we felt right at home! We took the local bus 123, which comes every hour. With a Grindelwald guest pass, local buses are free. We didn’t know it was free, so we paid each time. So please take advantage and make sure to check out the bus schedule ahead of time to plan your day. The bed was comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. The kitchen was well cleaned and maintained, although some items need to be replenished or updated. There is a fondue pot and we had a fodue dinner one evening, which was fun! Please note there is no microwave. I turned on the oven at the lowest setting, turned off, then heated food from residual heat.The bathroom was clean too with good water pressure. We appreciated a hair dryer. Surrounded by the Grindelwald’s beautiful mountains, the Chalet is a true gem! We will stay again?

Loved it! The view,, I mean wow! It was breathtaking!! 🫶 Sure it took 20 minutes by walk from train station, but it was totally worth it. We stayed for 3 nights! And I wish we’d stayed more. Everyone at interhome was very very nice! I do want to come back for my honeymoon! strongly recommend this place for young people! (Cuz my mom didn’t like the walking part haha)

Grindelwald Main Street, it's just a short walk from the station. The location is really nice and the room is much wider than the picture. The wide field that can be seen through the window is nice because it is a place that only guests can use. There are chairs and tables in the yard, and you can feel that it's a loving accommodation of the host. Even the faucet and tiles in the bathroom were beautiful:) I want to use this friendly place again next time.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views, this cabin is perfect! It’s cozy, secluded, and ideal for those who want to disconnect and enjoy nature. Janis provided detailed instructions, which were crucial since we arrived at night in thick fog. (Make sure to use Google Maps, as Waze led us down paths not meant for cars causing us to turn around in sketchy conditions.) The welcome basket was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and at home. The cabin’s simplicity was just what we needed—no distractions, just the beauty of nature all around. It’s well-equipped, but if you’re visiting in cooler weather, knowing how to make a fire is important to stay warm. The surrounding area is great for hiking or relaxing with a book, and the breathtaking views made the stay unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and more connected to nature. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil experience!

Adalberto responded to the inquiries very quickly. The accommodation is very nice, the location is wonderful and very quiet apart from the street, which you can hear outside. Eating outside with a view of the trees is relaxing. Domodossola as a city and the valleys as quiet places offer many possibilities from the accommodation. We enjoyed it very much.

There is nothing to add to the numerous positive reports, I can basically only repeat and confirm them! The house is very nicely furnished with a great, new bathroom, a very comfortable bed (double room 1st floor) and plenty of storage space. Although the house has no air conditioning, we slept well with the excellent shading (electric wooden shutters!!) and the fans despite high temperatures. The view of the lake is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the well-equipped terrace! On the other hand, we found it very pleasant that you can easily reach all the restaurants and also the small lawn by the lake on foot. But apart from all the advantages of the house, one must especially emphasize the warm hospitality of Cristina and Paolo! Thanks again for this! I'm sure we'll be back in the next few years!

We loved our stay in Grimentz! Such a beautiful location and La Grangette is a lovely accommodation that is perfect for 2 people. It is cosy, spotless, comfortable, well appointed and in close to the old town which is really lovely to walk around. The views from the hut are amazing. We did a few hikes at Lac de Moiry and Zinal. Xavier and Adrian were extremely helpful with suggestions for hikes and local tips. They were also very responsive and answered my questions quickly. I can highly recommend La Grangette and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommended, everything at least as good as described if not better! In the kitchen, everything is available, the bathroom is beautiful as well as sauna and hot tub are easy to adjust, as there are wood and lighters. This place is an oasis of peace and the most beautiful nature around you. Waking up early in the morning to all kinds of birds and then getting ready for a brisk walk through the valley or somewhere in the mountains. Once again, what a nice place!!

Bruno went to great lengths to make my stay enjoyable. He took me through the village and explained the building technology to me. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with basics. The electric underfloor heating was extremely pleasant in a rain cold week. Although the house is very small it is amazingly spacious. Bathroom to feel good, bed on the upper floor comfortable. Everything is lovingly and pragmatically decorated and has an atmosphere. Arriving by car requires fearless driving style: steep, winding road that tackles the post bus to Visp but tough. The train station is very convenient (the BLS runs in 20 minutes to Brig) and down in 4 minutes, up I had to take a breather (I'm 70 :-) The hiking opportunities directly from the house are ideal for short walks or long tours.

We loved our stay at FoundationEGG just outside of Thun! The farmhouse was clean, charming, and had stunning views of the Alps. It was the perfect base for hiking and exploring nearby Swiss towns. Ben and Tabea were wonderful hosts, and the stay offered an authentic and unforgettable Swiss countryside experience!

We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house is equipped with all comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and enclosed with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet surroundings.
