Townhouse with beautiful view over the lake to Stresa and the mountains of Switzerland. Very practical that you can park the car in an underground parking and enter the house through its cellar. Good mattress with typical German feather beds and a direct lake view from the master bedroom’s bed. Our dog enjoyed the garden and the balcony (master bedroom) very much. It was very easy for him to climb up the stairs to the first floor, because the granite steps are roughened so they are not slippery, even when wet. There is a beach area (Cerro Beach) on the way to the restaurant Il Chiosco di Cerro where dogs are playing in the morning or evening and ours was warmly welcomed to join the group. We charged our car in Laveno-Mombello next to Cafe Vela (harbor promenades) and next to Via della Pergola, which brings you to the Sasso del Ferro gondola. But there are plenty of other charging stations around so we never got in trouble.

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The house is amazing. The views are spectacular. We were met with a generous basket of food and drinks. The house was very clean. Jordana was super responsive to all questions. We loved it and hope to come back!

Daniel’s chalet is gorgeous, perfect for a chill weekend with family and friends to enjoy nature and peace. The house brings you back in time, making you enjoy slowing down :) Daniel and Sylvie were very helpful in giving us tips and instructions and were always available to help us out. Very recommended .

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

Luciana is een geweldig vriendelijke en communicatieve vrouw. Ze reageerde altijd snel op onze berichten of vragen. Het huis was voor ons perfect: mijn ouders en broer sliepen in het ene appartement en mijn man, onze zonen en ik in het andere. Het was erg mooi weer, waardoor we veel buiten konden zitten. We hadden weinig tot geen last van muggen en er zijn overal in het huis horren. Bij minder goed weer, hadden we met zn zevenen in éen ruimte gezeten die enigszins krap zou zijn geweest. Het kan wel, maar dat had ik voor een hele week wel te krap gevonden. Houd hier rekening mee. Op 5 minuten lopen vind je de kleine supermarkt van Edoardo. Deze ontzettend vriendelijke man doet alles om je goed te helpen. Dit is met wat woorden in het Duits en bijna geen Engels toch heel goed gelukt en een hele leuke, sfeervolle dagelijkse bijdrage aan ons vakantiegevoel. Wanneer je 's avonds vanuit het hek richting het kappeltje loopt, heb je kans op een mooie zonsondergang met uitzicht op Orta-meer.

Een ruime, goed geoutilleerde woning op een prachtige plek. Een authentiek dorpje. Fenomenaal uitzicht. Voor wie van rust en natuur houdt een geweldige plek. Een mooie uitvalsbasis om leuke Piëmontese dorpjes te bezoeken. We zijn absoluut verliefd geworden op de regio. Het is wel belangrijk om te beseffen dat je voor boodschappen 15-20min moet rijden. Dat was voor ons geen bezwaar. Het contact met Christina verliep vriendelijk en makkelijk.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnung von Umberto. Die Co-Gastgeberin Silvia ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. An sie einen speziellen Dank. Die Umgebung bietet viel Schönes, sehr praktisch für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Die Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick auf den See ist perfekt wenn man mal nichts unternehmen will.

We had a wonderful time at Anthony's house. There were six of us and a toddler and we really had a lot of space. Everything was very well equipped, from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was a dream and the view was priceless. The short distance to the lake was ideal for a short trip on the lake in a canoe or SUP. We would definitely book again. Thank you Anthony!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem super schönen, gemütlichen und gepflegtem Berghäuschen. Tolle Aussicht, sehr ordentlich. Der Kamin war definitiv das Highlight. Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Danke für die gute Kommunikation. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und können Aldo wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Bis zum nächsten Mal !

My mother and I enjoyed our stay at this Chalet very much. Honestly, it was tiring to drag our luggage on the steep hill on our first day, but as soon as we entered the Chalet, we felt right at home! We took the local bus 123, which comes every hour. With a Grindelwald guest pass, local buses are free. We didn’t know it was free, so we paid each time. So please take advantage and make sure to check out the bus schedule ahead of time to plan your day. The bed was comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. The kitchen was well cleaned and maintained, although some items need to be replenished or updated. There is a fondue pot and we had a fodue dinner one evening, which was fun! Please note there is no microwave. I turned on the oven at the lowest setting, turned off, then heated food from residual heat.The bathroom was clean too with good water pressure. We appreciated a hair dryer. Surrounded by the Grindelwald’s beautiful mountains, the Chalet is a true gem! We will stay again?

Loved it! The view,, I mean wow! It was breathtaking!! 🫶 Sure it took 20 minutes by walk from train station, but it was totally worth it. We stayed for 3 nights! And I wish we’d stayed more. Everyone at interhome was very very nice! I do want to come back for my honeymoon! strongly recommend this place for young people! (Cuz my mom didn’t like the walking part haha)

그린델발트 메인 거리, 역에서 조금만 걸으면 나오는 곳이에요. 위치가 정말 좋고 방도 사진보다 훨씬 넓습니다. 창문으로 보이는 드넓은 들판은 오로지 게스트만이 이용할 수 있는 곳이어서 좋습니다. 마당에 의자와 테이블도 있고 전체적으로 호스트의 애정어린 숙소라는 것을 온곳에서 느낄 수 있습니다. 화장실의 수전, 타일마저 예뻤어요 :) 친절한 이곳에 다음에도 이용하고 싶습니다.

Janis provided detailed instructions, which were crucial since we arrived at night in thick fog. (Make sure to use Google Maps, as Waze led us down paths not meant for cars causing us to turn around in sketchy conditions.) The welcome basket was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and at home. The cabin’s simplicity was just what we needed—no distractions, just the beauty of nature all around. It’s well-equipped, but if you’re visiting in cooler weather, knowing how to make a fire is important to stay warm. The surrounding area is great for hiking or relaxing with a book, and the breathtaking views made the stay unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed and more connected to nature. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil experience!

Adalberto hat die Anfragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, die Lage ist wunderbar und sehr ruhig abgesehen von der Strasse, die man draussen hören kann. Draussen essen mit dem Blick in die Böume ist erholsam. Domodossola als Stadt und die Täler als ruhige Orte bieten viele Möglichkeiten von der Unterkunft aus. Uns hats sehr gut gefallen.

Es gibt den zahlreichen positiven Berichten eigentlich nichts hinzu zu fügen, ich kann sie im Grunde nur wiederholen und bestätigen! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit einem tollen, neuen Bad, einem sehr bequemen Bett (Doppelzimmer 1.Stock) und viel Stauraum. Obwohl das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, haben wir mit der hervorragenden Beschattung (elektrische Holzrolläden!!) und den Ventilatoren trotz hoher Temperaturen gut geschlafen. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft und wir haben viel Zeit auf der bestens ausgestatteten Terrasse verbracht! Andererseits fanden wir es sehr angenehm, dass man alle Restaurants und auch die kleine Liegewiese am See problemlos zu Fuß erreichen kann. Aber abgesehen von all den Vorzügen Hauses muss man insbesondere die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Cristina und Paolo hervorheben! Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Ich bin sicher, dass wir in den nächsten Jahren wieder kommen!

We loved our stay in Grimentz! Such a beautiful location and La Grangette is a lovely accommodation that is perfect for 2 people. It is cosy, spotless, comfortable, well appointed and in close to the old town which is really lovely to walk around. The views from the hut are amazing. We did a few hikes at Lac de Moiry and Zinal. Xavier and Adrian were extremely helpful with suggestions for hikes and local tips. They were also very responsive and answered my questions quickly. I can highly recommend La Grangette and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Sehr empfehlenswert, alles mindestens so gut wie beschrieben wenn nicht besser! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, das Bad ist schön sowie Sauna und Whirlpool sind einfach einzuheitzen, da Holz sowie Anzünder gegeben sind. In jeglichen Fällen kann man auf den Guide vom Airbnb zurückgreifen, welcher jedes Szenario nochmals Schritt für Schritt beschreibt. Danke und gerne wieder! Victoria & Alexander R.

Deze plek is een oase van rust en de mooiste natuur om je heen. In de ochtend vroeg wakker worden door alle soorten vogels die er maar zijn en dan daarna klaar maken voor een stevige wandeling door het dal of ergens in de bergen. Nogmaals wat een fijne plek!!

Bruno gab sich große Mühe, meinen Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Er führte mich durchs Dorf und erklärte mir die Haustechnik. Die Küche war mit Basics perfekt ausgestattet. Die elektrische Bodenheizung war überaus angenehm in einer regenkalten Woche. Obwohl das Haus sehr klein ist, ist es erstaunlich geräumig. Badezimmer zum Wohlfühlen, Bett im OG bequem. Alles ist liebevoll und pragmatisch eingerichtet und hat Athmosphäre. Die Anreise mit dem Auto erfordert furchtlose Fahrweise: steile, kurvenreiche Straße, die das Postauto nach Visp aber forsch bewältigt. Der Bahnhof ist sehr praktisch (die BLS fährt in 20 Minuten bis Brig) und abwärts in 4 Minuten zu erreichen, aufwärts musste ich Verschnaufpause einlegen (bin 70 :-) Die Wandermöglichkeiten direkt ab Haus sind ideal für kurze Spaziergänge oder lange Touren.

We loved our stay at FoundationEGG just outside of Thun! The farmhouse was clean, charming, and had stunning views of the Alps. It was the perfect base for hiking and exploring nearby Swiss towns. Ben and Tabea were wonderful hosts, and the stay offered an authentic and unforgettable Swiss countryside experience!

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en goed geïnformeerd door Lorenza! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles is aanwezig en alles was super schoon. De tuin is mooi groot en omheind met een hek zodat de hond ook heerlijk vrij heeft kunnen rond lopen. Op het terras kan je heerlijk genieten van het prachtige uitzicht en van de rustige omgeving. De communicatie met Alberto was ook super, reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Alberto en Lorenza bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid, de kans dat we nogmaals komen is groot!
