Beach Town Escape is an absolutely adorable cottage that has been completely remodeled during 2019-2020! It has matching vibrant beach tones throughout the entire home and echoes a very fun and cheerful atmosphere for all! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an upstairs living area that basically functions as a third bedroom with 2 twin-size beds. The cottage has WiFi, live streaming television, and DirecTV. It's in a nicely quiet and safe location, but still close to downtown and the beach.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Newly built stunning one room suite nestling in private woods, adjacent to the garage on the far side of the host’s house. Has a separate entrance out of sight from the house. Situated 1 mile from both Frankfort (Lake Michigan) and Crystal Lake. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Platt River (kayaking), great areas for hiking and biking. If you golf ( or ski in the winter) we are 20 min from Crystal Mountain. Super quiet, peaceful and private. On a clear evening the night skies are spectacular.

Small, cozy amd full of style. Newley renovated studio apt, centrally located with views of the bay. Close to all the Summer amenities with the calmness that only Elberta can offer. Enjoy walks to local beaches and provisions or just a short bike ride via bike path to all the attractions of Frankfort. Elberta might just be the best kept secret in all of Michigan. This is a private apt in a “under/over” duplex. Separated entries, and parking make for complete separation for all guests.

We own 20 acres of woods with several trails through the woods. Has water, electricity, Air Conditioning, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is several feet from the house so you will have your own privacy. There is an outdoor hot tub and fire pit that is available for use.

Beach House - Private Couple Apartment

Private Couples Apartment (~550 sqft) on part of 2nd floor with Lake Michigan views and 100' from Frankfort Public beach. This 1904 house was gutted to the studs and completely restored in 2020/2021. Outside deck and firepit area for guest use. One of the nicest beach towns in Michigan, so you can leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach, walk to town, or bike the Betsie trail. Pictures do not do house and views justice, check our reviews!

We loved how close we were to everything in Frankfort! If we forgot something we needed at the beach, it was so easy to just run back to the rental! Denise was so helpful! We forgot to bring beach towels, so she dropped off extra towels for us!

We had a great stay (just my wife and I) plus our old dog Polly. The place was perfect. Very quiet surroundings, wonderful peaceful atmostphere inside and the best place to hang out in the evening and mornings was the outdoor covered deck. This place had everything we were looking for and more. I highly recommend it. We only used on of the three bedrooms that were available but regardless of the number of people staying it share a large open living space that was just what we needed for our gathering purposes. Sean’s place truly feels like a home away from home. It’s thoughtfully designed with unique touches that make it stand out. The amenities are great—from waterfront access to a sauna by the dock, perfect for a refreshing swim-to-sauna experience. The location is also incredible. We loved exploring nearby towns, discovering an organic winery, and relaxing at local breweries that offer stunning views of Lake Michigan. Sean was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely hospitable. We’re already looking forward to coming back in another season. If you’re considering this stay, don’t hesitate—book it! You won’t regret it.

Everything was first rate. Beautiful area, private, quiet, short walk to Crystal Lake where she has kayaks, and chairs to enjoy the view. Linens and bed was seemed new and very comfy. The deck was very enjoyable. Very safe area, and lovely. We would love to come back!
