We are 15 minutes from the very cute town of Cynthiana and only 30-40 minutes away from Georgetown and Lexington. Just a short drive to many attractions like Kentucky Horse Park, Ark Encounter and all the bourbon tours.

It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny house that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces. And just a few steps from the drive, up the ramp and on the porch.
