We had a great stay in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, not a sound, with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

Great stay in Brittany. The house is exactly as described and everything is perfect. Small outdoor area, very practical and always sunny. Hosts Marie and Wilfrid are very welcoming and very helpful! I highly recommend this place for a short stay in Brittany and I will return there on occasion.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

We were 3 couples and a baby. All the comforts were waiting for us. The terrace is exceptional! Don't forget the magnificent sunset. We went to get oysters nearby. Halfway between Sarzeau center (very cute and everything to enjoy with a market every day) and Vannes. Thanks to Salomé for his kindness.

We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies, who come to see the newcomers. The owner was very responsive and participated in the success of our brief stay. Thank you. The accommodation is very well renovated, decorated with great taste and offers all the necessary comfort. The view of the port is magnificent, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise nuisance in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people seeking peace and quiet.

Very nice, comfortable and very well located accommodation near the port (barely 5 min walk). Everything was perfect… we even regretted not being able to stay longer to enjoy the place. So, we keep the address carefully because we have planned to return.
