The room is better than the description. The amenities are well worth a stay here if doing things in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and would do it again myself. The restaurant, yes pricey, but you get what you pay for - a phenomenal meal!

Our stay at Lacopo Chalet was simply fantastic! The apartment is not only stylishly furnished, but also extremely clean and perfectly equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area. The location is top: quiet, but still only a few minutes away from the center and the lifts. The host was very friendly, helpful and always quick to reach. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A real pearl in Zermatt!

The apartment was perfect! Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, beautiful view from windows, and the reception folks were phenomenal. We traveled as a family of 5 and had plenty of space. All in all, we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Amazing , 10/10 experience , all the reviews are true ,so let me ass a couple more things. The hotel staff is to die for ,they are all super sweet and helpful, special shout out to Jorge who took the time to give us hiking recommendations and was very enthusiastic. Host replied fast when asked a question. Hotel placement is 5 stars too, less them 5 minutes to where the flix busses arrive , super close to the station and to the main road with tons of restaurants. We tested L'Hydromel and food was great too . We are definitely coming back during summer season.

Very compact and clean. Good for travellers and not far from the CBD. Parking was easy and the place was very clean.

The stay was as described + constant communication throughout. Also included free public transport which was really convenient, getting around Bern. Excellent value for a clean and quiet place to stay!

After 12hr driving from UK, the room was very well prepared, both my kids picked their sofa bed which has got comfy bed linens and pillows. Room has got splendid view in my life, peaceful lake and beautiful alps mountains just sitting there welcomes you. As the room is in a hotel, you don’t need to worry services. Any question hotel reception will answer any time. Kids love the play area and swimming pool, that’s what they need in deed. I think we will back to interlaken again and will stay in the same room without any questions.

We immediately had a super nice contact, almost like old friends and we plan to come back next year at the latest. The apartment has a very high-quality furnishing style, the pool is a very nice size and the terrace can be enjoyed very well, as the surroundings are quiet. We felt very comfortable and also enjoyed an evening invitation to the aperitif with Nick and Patricia. We will probably miss breakfast by the pool on the terrace for a while.

We loved staying here in Wengen. Perfectly located across from the cable car into Mannlichen, beautifully decorated and comfy!

New chalet, very well equipped, quality dishes and in sufficient quantity. Equipped with a dishwasher. Very comfortable shower for this type of accommodation. Very nice terrace. Very friendly owners. Swimming pool in the campsite. 3-star campsite that deserves a 4th.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic place. Aviva and Beat are the best and most loving hosts you can imagine and we really grew fond of them. They are always helpful, friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. We felt so comfortable! Aviva's breakfast is delicious, always lovingly prepared and served. Dinner was a dream when she cooked a menu for us, a very special evening. The two gave us great tips for the area, reserved us the best seats in the restaurant or grotto. The house is located on the mountain with great views of Lake Lugano. Everything was sparkling clean, the furnishings high quality and very stylish. In the beautiful garden we relaxed and recovered wonderfully. We loved swimming in the natural stone pool. The pretty pets Bailey and Manuka are just as magical. Aviva and Beat, thank you very much for everything and we'd be happy to be adopted ;)

We had a great evening at Celine's farm. It was cherry harvest time and the weather was fantastic. We were picking cherries and were supplied with eggs. Such a great, loving family.

The stay was very pleasant. Mark is very straightforward and always friendly. The apartment is very nice, clean and well furnished. The room is bright and very functionally furnished. The area is in a beautiful setting. Absolutely recommended!

Place was good and at walkable distance, it was clean and the bathroom is good. There is no door in the second bathroom which is next to the kitchen and the light was not working in one of the room.

We had a fantastic stay! Christine, Lukas, and the team were very welcoming and responsive. The circus wagon was cozy and unique, and the location was perfect right across from the cable car. We loved using the hot tub and the breakfast buffet was a great bonus. Thank you for a memorable experience!
