Only about 7 minutes from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn station "Wuhletal" is Berlin-Kaulsdorf, until 100 years ago a village, now one of the greenest districts of the city. Here is your spacious terraced house in a small courtyard complex with villa, terraced house with 6 parties, the carports, large garden and access to a field, where you can make an extended jogging tour. You can get to the city center quickly. The nearest supermarket is about 600 meters away, others are about 1 km away. Organic market 2 km/1 U-Bahn station.

Tinyhouse am Berliner Stadtrand

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly centrally-located place. Newly renovated and each room has it's own unique character. U-Bahn Weberwiese is 200m away and Volkspark Friedrichshain is 450m away. Early sun light in the living room with an unobstructed view of greenery and blue sky. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a storage unit, it gets sunlight in the late afternoon. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with new high quality items. A few final touches are still in progress.

Hey nice People! I’m Richard and I hope i will give you a beautiful stay in Berlin while I’m out of the city. My place is located in Wilhelmstraße wich makes it incredible accessible to all the great places in the centre of Berlin. Walk to the Brandenburger Tor or checkpoint Charlie in ease . I still recommend to rent a bike! You still have a choice of 4 different Stations that connect you to anywhere in Berlin within 4-10 min walk. So i hope i can make your vacation more comfortable.
