Feel like home!

Hostel room with shared bathroom and kitchen in Prenzlauer Berg not far from Helmholtzplatz. Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible. Our Old Town Hostel has a total of 25 rooms on 3 floors (no elevator). There are several bathrooms and toilets on each floor that are shared with others. On the ground floor there is a kitchen for common use and other common areas.

Everything was easy to find, simple breakfast was to be booked. The room was in the courtyard. No good ventilation possible. Noisy. Otherwise everything very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It was my first time in a hostel and I was impressed. Singer made my short stay feel really good. The receptionist assisted me in calling a taxi to the Hauptbahnhof ( Central Station ). There is a storage room, for everyone that wants to leave their luggage before checking in. Also the reception works 24/7, which was a great relief for me. The room that I stayed in was clean, easy to get to it. I really recommend ( even to newcomers)!

Good location and looks like advertised. The breakfast is very simplistic but for the price it's okay. The room has no amenities like kettle so you'll have to visit the kitchen to make coffee/tea etc. Shower was clean. Room had no a/c but fan was sufficient. Nice communal area. Great place to stay for a long weekend for a great price.

The Singer Hostel is perfect if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in the heart of Berlin. As a woman traveling alone, I had some concerns, but I was really very positively surprised! The only drawback for me was that there was no way to take off before showering without the people using the toilet being able to see one. Luckily, during the time I shower, no one ever wanted to go to the toilet, I still took off in the shower for the sake of safety. Suboptimal but fully feasible :)

East Seven is a wonderful find if you want to stay in a vibrant hostel with fun energy and interesting people. Welcoming staff, accessible location right off of the metro with ease of access from either HBF and the airport.

The location is really good, only takes few minutes to get to the U12/U(forgot) station:). Which means it’s convenient to travel around the city center. I really love the public place, we have place to share with friends there.

Cozy, quiet twin room in Central Berlin

My short stay at EastSeven hostel was very pleasant! The people were very friendly, and you get the feeling of being welcomed and valued. Really great place in a good location. It’s well positioned for any trip to central Berlin or outside. It is very close to the train and the parking on nearby streets is good at the weekend. Local area has bars and good food and easy to move about on. Central Berlin is a 45minute walk through a lot of historical Berlin you’d actually want to visit, with good coffee shops! Clean apartment with three comfy beds. Quiet at night. Was absolutely perfect. Great value for money
