Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

We rent a spacious, reserved furnished apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and workspace in the attic of a house, which is located on a plaice on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. This includes a large balcony with fantastic views as well as a park-like garden with two swimming spots, rowing boat and trampoline. Here you can, among other things, swimming, boating, hiking, swinging, biking, cooking, fishing, barbecuing, doing nothing, working in peace, taking a vacation in short.

Ihr wohnt bei uns im Wald aber seid in 15 Min am Olympistadion, Waldbühne, Spandau-Arkaden,Zitadelle,Schloss Sanssoucci, Obstplantagen im Umland zu Fuss am Badesee mit zig Stränden und viel Platz usw. und könnt die Superlativen einer Grossstadt bequem per ÖPNV anfahren, stressarm ohne Blech-Gedrängel

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Friedrichshagen, in the eastern part of the capital. It is lovingly, comfortably and fully equipped. Guests can enjoy a special atmosphere. Groß Glienicke is located in The holiday apartment is located at the end of the village of Groß Glienicke and is about 3 minutes walk from the forest and 5 minutes from Sacrower See. The apartment itself has been newly refurbished with a lot of love for detail. It is located on the first floor facing south/west. On the south side there is a 5 m long balcony, with a gorgeous view into the treetops.

Natural gazebo in "waldidyll-am-see", 150 m dirt road to Groß Glienicker See, the cleanest lake Berlin/Brandenburg. The bathroom in the annex offers intimacy. Only for quiet guests. Dogs are very welcome, the property is located in the middle of the dog run area. Hot tub use from 8:00 to 22:00. The property is discreetly lit, barely visible and video monitored. Free parking.
