2km zum Alex, quasi ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist im Zentrum. Schlafzimmer gibt es 3 Stück, diese sind wie folgt: Nr. 1 -> zwei Einzelbetten, Balkon, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 2 -> Doppelbett, zur Hauptstraße gelegen Nr. 3 -> Doppelbett, zum Innenhof gelegen Im Erdgeschoss des Nachbargebäudes ist ein Spätkauf, es stehen Tische und Stühle draußen. Wir haben uns nicht gestört gefühlt. Gute Anbindung zu den Öffis. Es hat alles ganz wunderbar geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wir möchten uns danken für die Wohnung, die war sehr schön und gemütlich, die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und überlegen uns es wieder nochmal zu mieten.

We had a really nice stay in Berlin, Sven was very communicative and the apartment had everything we needed, including a great kitchen and nice beds.

A superb experience! Sven was very helpful and cooperative before the arrival. Was welcomed by a colleague of Sven, who explained everything in a simple way. The apartment was super clean, and convenient close to both city center, u-bahn and supermarkets. Sven asked throughout our stay if there was anything he could help us with. He showed a true consideration for us during our stay. Could with ease recommend this to anyone who consider a stay in Berlin.

We enjoyed our stay in the pleasant apartment. The space is clean, nicely decorated and equipped with all conveniences. In addition, public transport is practically around the corner, which makes this apartment an excellent base for exploring the city further.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were 8 girls traveling and stayed 3 nights. The place looked exactly like the photos – spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was as expected, and we had a great experience. We definitely recommend this place to others!

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Einfache aber passende Ausstattung. Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Klare Kommunikation und problemloses Check-In. Zu empfehlen.

Good communication (in English - thank you), easy to find (right next to S Bahn station, short walk to tram and U Bahn). Room very clean and with all the facilities you need. Very quiet and a window that opens (room was not stuffy but some fresh air is always nice). Reception staff (lady with ginger hair) very helpful and professional. Location not the smartest part of Berlin but relatively close to the city centre by public transport. We got a very good price when we booked. Very happy with our stay and we would stay again (although prices do seem to have got much higher since we booked). Recommended.

Everything was great! The apartment has an excellent location — just a 2-minute walk from the station, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby. It takes only 20 minutes to get to the city center. The place was very clean and had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was also super convenient to have a laundry room with a dryer right in the building.

Ich hatte einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Downtown Apartments in Berlin! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – jede Mitarbeiterin, mit der ich Kontakt hatte, war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis hin zur Atmosphäre – hier stimmt einfach alles. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Lage: Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert in alle Teile der Stadt gelangt. Ich kann das Downtown Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme bei meinem nächsten Berlin-Besuch sehr gerne wieder!

The Airbnb stay was excellent. The location is ideal, with many restaurants nearby and a major shopping street at the end of the road. The apartment was tidy and clean and well appointed with every amenity you could need. The only issue was that when booking on Airbnb, there were photos for different units, some of which were one bedroom or more; however, upon check-in, I was given a studio. It was large for a studio, but it would have been nice to know at the time of booking that it was a studio instead of a one bedroom.

This was the best AirBnb experience I have ever had. Matthew's place is amazing and a great place to stay and explore Berlin!

Tolles Apartment Der Aufenthalt war toll Viele Bars in der Nähe

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, and looked just as described in the pictures. They even prepared bowls and a bed for our pup! We enjoyed the two balconies with great views and watching the sunset from our bed. The only thing we didn't expect was the sound of the metro passing through right below the building. It's something to keep in mind if you are a sound-sensitive sleeper. However, we didn't mind. All in all, we had a great experience staying in the penthouse.
