House holiday rentals in Berlin

Wir hatten tolle, entspannte Tage in der Unterkunft. Wiebke und ihr Mann waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber und die Unterkunft lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und privat, dennoch ist man zu Fuß schnell in Babelsberg. Berlin oder Potsdam können sehr gut durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreicht werden. Wir haben uns über den ganzen Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen. Besonders der Garten und der Pool sind ein großes Highlight.

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene+4 Kinder) im Haus, es ist sehr groß und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Aufenthalt war mit Abstand die beste Airbnb Erfahrung, die wir jemals gemacht haben. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, angefangen mit dem ersten Kontakt bis zum Check Out lief alles super und reibungslos. Die Lage ist super um Berlin zu erkunden, in einem sehr ruhigen und schönem Wohnviertel gelegen. Der Check in lief super, es gab einfache Anweisungen wie man das Haus findet und in das Haus hineinkommt. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern, es ist ein sehr sauberes und super gepflegtes Haus. Highlights sind die schöne offene Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und der wunderschöne Spa Bereich mit Whirlpool und Sauna, auch hier gab es eine einfache Anleitung wie man alles benutzt und Helmuth war immer für Fragen jederzeit offen und schnell erreichbar. In Summe wollen wir uns bei Helmuth und seiner Familie für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Realmente disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia, la cabaña es muy confortable y Katharina logra que te sientas como en casa, con mucha privacidad y siempre amable y atenta a solucionar cualquier tema. Recomiendo totalmente el lugar.

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

初めてAirbnbを利用しMattの家を使用させていただきました。泊まった家の周りは静かで自然が豊かです。彼の家はとても最高です。最高なインテリアと広くて素敵な庭があり、寝室やリビングは温もりのある自宅でした。ベルリンの市内からは少し離れていますが、私はMattの家を選んで正解でした。バス停やスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内で近いです。 私は一人で初めてのベルリン旅行でしたが、ホストのMattはとても親切でたくさんコミュニケーションをとってくれます。彼とのティータイムは最高の時間でした。私は英語があまり得意ではありませんが、翻訳アプリを使いつつゆっくり分かりやすい英語で話してくれてたくさんお話ができました。何か困ったことがあれば柔軟に対応してくれる優しいホストです。私は彼のことを父親のように思っています。日本からのお土産も喜んでもらえたようでした。 私はまたベルリンに行く機会があれば必ず彼の家に泊まります。素晴らしい自宅と最高なホストでした。最高な思い出を本当にありがとう。

de woning was zeer netjes, schoon en zag er verzorgd uit. voor 1,5 week is het een fijne plek om te verblijven en van alle gemakken voorzien. de communicatie met Sascha was erg prettig, waarbij er snel werd gereageerd. met een gezelschap van 5 personen (4 volwassenen en 1 kind) was er voldoende slaapplek. met de auto konden we de S-bahn in Karow goed bereiken en gratis parkeren, om zo naar verschillende plekken in Berlijn te komen. al met al zouden wij bij een volgend bezoek aan Berlijn, nog een keer deze plek boeken

Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und schöne Unterkunft. Die Sauna ist natürlich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Gerne wieder. Hinweis: wenn die Sauna spät am Abend benutzt wird, könnte es im oberen Schlafbereich etwas warm werden. Alternativ kann dann das Schlafsofa verwendet werden.

Die Unterkunft war gut zu erreichen und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen Parkplatz für einen PKW den man jeder Zeit flexibel nutzen kann. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

10/10. Perfect house and nice host. The kitchen, the bathrooms and the utensils are all very clean. The house is equipped with all we needed. Gritt is also a very friendly and proactive host. We love this place a lot. Highly recommend!

Nous avons séjourner chez Julia quelques nuits pour visiter Berlin. Le séjour s’est bien déroulé, nous avons pu rencontrer Julia qui a été adorable, nous a permis d’utiliser son jardin pour nos enfants. Le logement était très propre et suffisamment grand et fonctionnel pour 2 adultes, une enfant et un bébé. Julia nous a d’ailleurs prêté un lit bébé et une chaise haute. Berlin est accessible par le bus puis le métro par ligne directe. Comptez tout de même une petite vingtaine de minutes pour accéder à pieds au métro avec des enfants. L’environnement est calme et paisible, dans un quartier résidentiel. Je recommande vivement cette adresse! Merci pour ce voyage!

This apartment is a beautiful, family friendly place. It is a quick trip on public transit to all that Berlin has to offer. A safe and accessible neighborhood that we truly enjoyed. Good for kids and teens.

despite of the miscommunication from my side about my arrival time, Renate was very hospitable and I had a very good stay at her place. She is a nice person and she was always there for giving instructions. The area is quite and overall I enjoyed my stay.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

The views alone are worth staying in this apartment, but luckily, it is also a beautiful apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. A bonus having balconies to sit and admire the views.The location is very handy, next door is a supermarket and underneath a pharmacy. Within a few minutes there are plenty of places to eat and drink. It is also close enough to many landmarks, sites that you can walk to. It is a great place to stay and as it was our first time in Berlin, having the views gave us a good appreciation of this fascinating city.

Een sfeervolle ruimte gelegen in een gezellige buurt. Het voelde echt als thuis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor al het moois dat Berlijn te bieden heeft. Christian is een geweldige host die snel en adequaat reageert. Ons verblijf met twee tieners was geweldig!

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Jürgen was incredibly friendly and very responsive. We asked if we could leave our luggage there before check-in time and he not only agreed but then suggested to drive us to the venue so we don’t have to take the bus. Also the place is in an astonishing condition, the bathroom is small but besides that its like a 5 star hotel. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is also great, a really quiet peaceful area but still connected to the rest of Berlin since Bahnhof Köpenick is in walking distance. Overall I can recommend Jürgen 100%.

Mooi en groot huis in rustige en mooie woonwijk van Berlijn. Parkeerplek auto recht voor de deur. Met de S-Bahn ben je vlot midden in Berlijn. Lekker restaurant in de eigen wijk (Hafenkuche), supermarkt op 5 min lopen, bakker op 10 min lopen. Uitzicht op de Spree. Hosts reageren zeer vlot op berichtjes.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt! Das Haus war gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus am See! Durch die idyllische Lage mit direktem Seezugang ist es bestens zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen geeignet, bietet aber durch das integrierte Bürozimmer auch sehr gute Möglichkeiten zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Vielen Dank, Maximilian! Gerne wieder.
