Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Meine Unterkunft ist in unmittelbarer Nähe vom legendären Checkpoint Charlie, ansonsten in der Nähe vom Leipziger Platz LP12 Mall of Berlin, vom CinemaxX Berlin Potsdamer Platz, vom Brandenburger Tor Pariser Platz und Fernsehturm Alexanderplatz. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen dem separaten Eingang, dem großzügigen Platzangebot, der eigenen Küche und den 2 Zimmern mit den 4 komfortablen Betten. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern) und Gruppen bis zu 6 Personen.

Gekommen um zu bleiben.

Das Ferienhaus in Berlin wurde 2020 innerhalb von nur sieben Monaten mit der Unterstützung des Trend-Architekten Jürgen Krüger komplett überarbeitet und neu gestaltet! In den ca. 130qm können bis zu 10 Personen auf zwei Etagen übernachten. Das gesamte Haus hat in jedem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer eine separate Klimaanlage, WiFi & TV-Sat. Wir hoffen, dass wir mit den Umbauten einen gemütlichen und warmen Einrichtungsstil gefunden haben und das für Groß und Klein was mit dabei ist!

Hoch oben im gelben Eckhaus am Park: Viele Quadratmeter und die Möglichkeit, bis zu 12 Gäste unterzubringen, erlauben es, von hier aus mit der ganzen Familie und mit Freunden Berlin zu erobern und zu Feiern! Ein Mal-Atelier im Dachgestühl, selbst errichtet. Wir sind Künstlerin und Designer und haben einen Malsaal, ein Schlafzimmer, eine grosse Wohnküche, ein Wellness-Bad und ein Gäste- und Spielzimmer passgenau eingebaut. Das ist Eure Unterkunft!

Design Jewel in the midst of MITTE!

Welcome to my nice little apartment I am renting as a superhost since 2011. I just entirely renewed the decoration, I am sure you'll love it! It is situated in the second floor of an historical Berlin building, at the very heart of the heart of this facinating city!
