The place is very well located and all the furniture was brand new. Jaime was a wonderful host, always reachable and very helpful with local tips. I highly recommend this property and Jaime as a super host.

Having stayed in many different places…. I can truly say that Lucinda went above and beyond beyond expectations to accommodate our unusual travel arrival and departure. The unit itself was even better than anticipated and suited our needs precisely. Central AC was a major upgrade over the typical split or window units typically found in this area. Since this was a business trip; easy access to the turnpike was a major plus, and yet when sitting on the back deck overlooking the Amish farmlands and one room schoolhouse…. One can’t help but feel far removed from the stresses of the world. We will absolutely be returning… and Thank you for sharing your home with us Lucinda.

Ton is a kind and gracious host. Another great stay. If you are a student of architecture, the original details will delight you, as will the neighborhood. That said, the home is very comfortable. Tom is friendly, and also respectful of private time. The yard is huge and my dog loves it! We've stayed before, and would absolutely stay again!

Andrea was wonderful, very helpful when we got in a sticky situation with our travel plans and had no problem working with us. And she made sure to check in that we were all good once there.

The surrounding area breathless. You will be greeted by local chickens who will escort you to your place. After getting settled in make sure to step back outside to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature all around you. The apartment was perfect. All appliances up to date. Would recommend anyone to come and visit.

This Cozy Haven was a perfect getaway for me and my husband! We loved the huge shower, comfy bed, and privacy. We would definitely come back!

This is a great short term or long term stay. Really helpful to have an airbnb rental option so near to Kutztown University. The house and grounds looked just like the photos. It was spacious and they even allow dogs. Every morning we sat on the front porch drinking our coffee, looking out at the pond, and listening to the frogs. It was so peaceful and lovely. It was a straight road into Kutztown so an easy drive. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a rental in the area. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

We cannot recommend Jennifer’s property enough. Like all other reviews, the property is absolutely immaculate. It’s decorated with love and taste. There is absolutely everything you’ll need. Jennifer is amazing host, super friendly and responsive. We had everything we needed and she was always there ready to help. We would love to return to this beautiful place and feel like at home again. Thank you Jennifer and family for being super hosts, we hope we see you soon again and all the best !

The place exceeded my expectations and might just be one of my favorite stays yet. It was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the owners are Christian believers—such a comforting touch. I’d definitely book again if my schedule allows.

The house is beautifully decorated and super clean! The kitchen has everything you need to cook, bbq, and bake! All of us including our kids had a great time!! We highly recommend this house!

A great getaway for family and friends (and pets)! Our group had 6 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. The house was very open and airy and we all had plenty of space to hang out. Every bedroom has lots of light and porch / patio access. The kitchen and dining areas were open and perfect for group dinners. Even though there are other houses nearby, it felt fairly secluded with a spacious backyard. It's far enough off the road that kids could run around safely. The kitchen had pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, and dishes, with a few spices, salt & pepper. We didn't see any casserole dishes or big mixing bowls. But otherwise it had what we needed. The lake was easy to drive to and walk around (and boat if it's the right season). Mark was a good host and communicated well. The house book provided gave a lot of options for activities and information about the area. Overall a great place to stay, and we'd love to visit again!
