Stunning property, the house and pool were incredible. Loved the peacefulness of the property and the surrounding amenities….. it felt like home!!!

We so enjoyed our stay at Parris’s mansion. Yes the house is very old. I was very impressed how clean everything was considering the size of the house ! Parris has done a wonderful job with making it a comfortable space! The beds were all comfortable and the couches you could sink into! The pool was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the movie room as the weather wasn’t the best! Parris was a great host leaving us some snacks and drinks which after our trip out was so nice to come in and have. We found West Reading to be the best spots for shopping and food. Our family had a great time!

Perfect location near bear creek mountain! Deb and John were very responsive and the house was very clean when we arrived. There were a bunch of ladybugs in the home though. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

The listing pictures doesn’t do any justice capturing how gorgeous this house actually is. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Our host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating making check-in and communication a breeze. We did face a little inconvenience with the pool since it wasn’t clean for our stay (host even offered a partial refund!). Besides that, we did not want to leave! If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate because this place is a gem.

We had such a great stay at Jacob’s place. We had a great advance Mother’s day celebration with friends. Great amenities and more to come. Hoping to book again next time! 🥳👍🏻

A group of us stayed foran extended weekend during a tournament in the next town over. We couldn't have found a better place! it hit all tht marks from comfy private bedrooms to extra bathrooms, the house is large enough for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or gathering and enjoy each other. The hot tube and pole were great extras! Even the out door setting area was comfortable. This place is definitely on our list for next year!!

The Red Door Retreat was awesome!! The place was clean and beautiful. There is so many things to do without leaving the house. My dog loved it too :) I will definitely be back.

Our stay at Theresa's was incredible and completely blew away our expectations. We are very thankful and lucky to be able to stay and enjoy Memorial day weekend at such a nice house and farm. The place was spotless and very well decorated and organized. My family couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. Theresa was very responsive and we felt welcomed like no other Airbnb before. She left us a thoughtful welcome gift and we appreciated her kindness. Definitely an unforgettable stay and trip we'll cherish!

We stayed at Casey’s place for my son’s college graduation. The place was spacious and clean as well close to the graduation venue. It was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here and each time it does not disappoint. It is convenient to both Lancaster and Berks county and we enjoy the peace and quiet of this setting.

The Gathering House was so much more than we expected. The property was pristine and peaceful; off the beaten path but with so many things to do just a short drive away. The house is absolutely charming and farmhouse chic. I traveled with two toddlers and an infant who touch everything and there conveniently wasn’t a lot for them to get into or break, but there was still everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home.

Tammy's place was so beautiful. Perfect for a getaway while still being close great restaurants, nature and all the beauty of PA. Tammy was so nice and the house itself was perfect with great amenities and everything you need for a long or short stay.

We had a great time! The location was very quiet and serene.

Jennifer’s space is cozy and comfortable. I certainly recommend it for single folks or couples. The loft space sleeping area worked out well for my son to sleep in. However, with only one bathroom located off the main bedroom, one needs to consider if this would be problematic for them. For us, it worked out, and we enjoyed our stay.

We brought our grandchildren to PA to visit Hersheypark, and it was 10 of us . I was very pleased with the home it was just like described and clean. The host kept in constant contact making sure all was well and if I had any suggestions on what would’ve made my stay more enjoyable. Thanks again, I hope it’s available next year when we come back.

Our event was cancelled, but we still decided to keep our reservation and I am happy we did. the house was wonderful and had everything we needed and more. All the kids had space to ride their scooters in the backyard. Having one TV in the house had them outside the whole time (which we loved) Would definitely recommend

We needed a temporary stay for a few days between selling our home & purchasing a new one. This was absolutely spot on perfect for us! After 2 weeks of non-stop packing, the peaceful & serene setting was just what we needed to decompress. We were able to bring our 2 senior dogs and they had a ball exploring the yard! While there, we saw deer, fox and rabbits which was such a welcome surprise. The home was so clean and we loved the deep windowsills & gorgeous floors. Abel was extremely responsive with any questions we had & so very accommodating! We recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a home full of history while being close to any amenities you may need!

A great getaway for family and friends (and pets)! Our group had 6 adults, 4 kids, and a dog. The house was very open and airy and we all had plenty of space to hang out. Every bedroom has lots of light and porch / patio access. The kitchen and dining areas were open and perfect for group dinners. Even though there are other houses nearby, it felt fairly secluded with a spacious backyard. It's far enough off the road that kids could run around safely. The kitchen had pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, and dishes, with a few spices, salt & pepper. We didn't see any casserole dishes or big mixing bowls. But otherwise it had what we needed. The lake was easy to drive to and walk around (and boat if it's the right season). Mark was a good host and communicated well. The house book provided gave a lot of options for activities and information about the area. Overall a great place to stay, and we'd love to visit again!

What can I say? I am a pastor and I took my staff for a retreat to Juliana's property and it was amazing. Perhaps one of the best experiences I have personally had with Airbnb. what an incredible location, beautiful home, and clear lines of communications. cannot wait to return.

I could not have enjoyed the place more. Clean with all the modern amenities, small but great for four or less people. Beyond the house being wonderful, the property is amazing. Kayaks are included which is great since the property overlooks and borders the lake. The house is on top of a tall hill, that overlooks the lake through the properties trees. The enclosed screen porch is all glass with epic views. My boys and I came up for the fishing and kayaking but were pleasantly pleased with the upscale modern convenances of the house, enjoyed the amenities after fishing from the kayaks or from the shore of the property. I highly recommend this place, and look forward to visiting again.
