I stayed 8 months at Drew’s place because I had an internship in nearby Charles Town, WV. I really enjoyed my time there. It was clean and the hosts were friendly and very responsive to any concerns (which were minimal). They communicated about any work being done ahead of time. The bed was so comfy (I am going to miss it). The apartment is located in a historical building in downtown Martinsburg within walking distance of some yummy restaurants (Brix, Sweet Hut Cafe, The Garage), the library and a great bookstore. Street parking was easy and the downtown wasn’t noisy. Thanks for the great stay!

No better feeling than feeling right at home away from home for work, I stood for 3 months and never had an issue. Comfortable beds and amenities and fast internet, I did not want to leave. I’ll def rent again on any of their properties 👌🏾

This was an easy and FUN place to stay ! We we're on our way back from NC and stopped at Harpers Ferry on the way back home, so this was perfect and convienient for us! Plenty of coffee shops and a nice little grocery across the street too. Of course the Abolitionists Ale was perfect upon arrival and they had a nice little menu too. We enjoyed our stay! THANK YOU

The unit is darling. Super clean and modern. I had one complaint that was not the owners fault and he kindly responded quickly. Recommend 100%

The apartment was charming, we loved the decor on the walls and the view out the windows! We enjoyed the historic feel of the building, and being above Brix 27! Both Ben and Drew were very attestation and would send messages regarding the check in and check out processes, and making sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment was very clean. The host was very responsive which I highly appreciate. They fixed any issues that came about. Things you should know prior to booking- laundry is not in the apartment. It is on the third floor, shared amongst all guests, and you have to pay for it. 2$ for wash. 2$ to dry. It usually takes two rounds of drying to fully dry the clothes, so about 4$ for drying. Parking is along the street. You also have to pay for that, except on weekends. You can get a pass for parking but you’re not allowed to park right in front of the apartment with the pass per the city so I paid daily. Others have mentioned the noise of being downtown, it is very noisy. I eventually adjusted to the noise of being downtown with the help of the white noise box that the host provided and my headphones. Overall, a good experience. Thank you Drew!

this apt is one of the nicest Airbnb's I've ever seen, in a nice quiet neighborhood in Martinsburg. Everything you need is nearby and the place is super comfortable and well designed.

Excellent location for me and my pet. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and architecture of the house. Jake is a very responsive to questions and requests.

This is a nice little private apartment in downtown! If you’re looking to walk to restaurants, shops, etc while staying in a historical building I would recommend! Overall a great stay, and a very responsive and kind host

My stay at this place was excellent. The space is very pleasant, peaceful and quite comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were super friendly and approachable. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at Lesley’s properties before, and they never fail to impress! This was the perfect place to take our relaxing getaway. We did not explore Martinsburg too much, but instead used it as a midway point between Berkeley Springs and Harper’s Ferry. The bed was super cozy, I enjoyed playing the piano, and the tub is beautiful! We would definitely stay here again ☺️

PROs -The hosts are amazing. Very responsive & helpful. They really made things easy and enjoyable. CONs -We used a pot to boil water for my baby. We washed a couple times before use. Even after washing, there was a bad oily residue with a smell. We noticed this throughout our stay and we stopped using all cutlery & kitchenware. -There was a residue in the kitchen sink that I gladly tried cleaning for the hosts. -The pillows are extremely flat & old -Red splatter on blinds & some blinds don 't open -In my opinion, this apartment is put together just enough to make livable. The bathroom paint isn't really complete, the board sizes in pencil are still on the walls. -Every day we came home, there were bugs throughout the apartment, even though windows were closed. (Probably coming from basement) -Whoever was upstairs at the same time constantly hogged the washer/dryer lol. Not a host problem but still annoying. All in all, 10/10 hosts & 3/10 cleanliness

Stayed for the weekend it was a great place for a quick getaway! Linen and towels were nice and clean and everything was thought of in the kitchen down to ziplock bags spices etc i felt right at home hot tub was a great perk! Only this is I wasn’t able to adjust the temp on day 2 it kept reading 6f but it was not an issue water was still nice and warm didn’t feel the need to bother the host also i needed a late check out and they were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place Thank you again Bethany :)

Ashley was very accommodating for our requests, quick communication, check in was easy and everything was just as described. Her Airbnb is very clean, beautifully decorated with wonderful views and peaceful surroundings. It was the perfect place for my family and I. It was so convenient to be able to rent both units and my family could be together, yet have enough space.

This is our third stay here. Dan is super friendly and responsive. It is easy to get in and out of the space. All instructions are clear. We love the proximity to Harpers Ferry, River Riders, the AT, S-Town.

Absolutely beautiful views of the hills. It was 70 degrees during my stay, but the ski-on feature 50 feet from the front door led to some nice hikes up the mountain during off-season. Charlie offered me early check-in and late check-out which—in my experience—is pretty rare and generous on AirBnB. The space felt actually bigger than the photos portrayed. I’d love to stay again.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed here. Once downstairs & Once upstairs. Upstairs has a better view & more sunlight but I enjoyed downstairs too. The layout is about the same. The community is very quiet. Also very little noise between floors in the house with other guests. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Comfortable furniture & functional kitchen. The deck is huge. The hot tub very nice. Always got a quick response from Host. We are picky and look for places who allow our dog but don't smell or look like they allow dogs. This place smelled fresh & was very clean. The location is ideal being just a few minutes from either Harper's Ferry or Shepardstown. It will likely be one of our "go to" spots in the future.

We really enjoyed staying here during our short trip to Berkeley Springs. Excellent location, building was fun, right in the middle of everything and very walkable. Parking was easy and very clear instructions. We enjoyed sitting on the patio downstairs in the evening(although looks like a business is coming so may have gotten lucky).

My friend and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful decorated house! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the center of town and close to all the local shops, restaurants, and activities. The home itself is full of charm and thoughtful touches, with plenty of natural light throughout. One of the highlights for me was the whirlpool bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved waking up in the sunlit bedroom feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend this gem of a place!
