We had a great stay at Marlieke's place and fellt right at home after arival. The cottage is very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Marlieke has really thought of whatever her guests might need, from a well stocked fridge and welcoming snacks, high quality kitchen material, to even a sewing kit in case your button falls off and toys to make our daughter feel energised after a long flight. The beds are high quality, the bath luxurious, and the view amazing. With a car you can reach all interesting places (Amsterdam, Utrecht, castle, woods etc) within half an hour. Marlieke has prepared several information maps for day trips and IJsselstein itself is also a lovely little town where we went often for coffee etc. Marlieke responded quickly to all my questions and gave very useful practical suggestions. The family is lovely and our daughter enjoyed playing with the youngest girls and Soof the dog. She was also very happy to be allowed to help take care of all the animals!

We had a great time in Francesca's chalet. The accommodation was very clean, so we had no concerns about letting our baby play on the floor. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We were particularly pleased with the board games in the living room drawer. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen smelled very fresh, so we felt comfortable right away.

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The sea view balcony is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice loft. Beach right in front of the door and several restaurants and beach bars nearby. We also found surprisingly nice. Cruise through the sea lock is recommended.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

What a wonderful stay! This has been one of the best AirBnBs we’ve ever visited. The house is beautifully decorated with a real attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s perfectly located — close to the center, yet quiet and peaceful. We spent a fantastic week cycling through the countryside and exploring the charming surroundings. Not a sterile, commercial vacation home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for the stay at this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramics, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor spaces, for sitting, for lying down, a sunny spot at any time of the day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavillon Noord. If you don't know the region yet, you have all the possibilities from here: Explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We returned to everyday life well rested!

The house is just great. Great location directly on the canal with a small garden in front of the house and a terrace behind it. You can park your car for free. Super cozy furnishings. Kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room and two bedrooms great! Fun. We'd love to come back.

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating options, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the street and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better host! Thanks again for everything! Also for the beautiful welcome! It's been a great time!

The location of the house was very central. The house lacked nothing, everything was very clean and cozy. A beautiful fresh bouquet of roses stood on the table. Information about the apartment was well described. Ester gave us tips on what we can do. Thank you, we enjoyed the 5 days of vacation.

We are very satisfied with the accommodation! Everything was functional, and the bed was especially comfortable and spacious! As for the place itself – small, charming, and a supermarket is very close by.

The house has all the comforts. Anything you need is present in ample quantity. The gas fireplace completes it all. The garden is nicely landscaped with various corners and spacious seating options. Hosts Debbie and Frits ensure a hassle-free check-in and check-out. Great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend with our family in this beautiful and very cozy farm. The owners have clearly put a lot of work and love into the renovation. They were also very friendly and helpful in the contact and, together with the roaming chickens, provided a very welcome feeling. Highly recommended!

We (my children (11 and 12), my mother, our dog and I) had a great stay at Nannij and can fully recommend her as a host! From the first contact, she was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Communication was always fast, clear and warm - we felt welcome immediately. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need – even small extras such as coffee, tea and local tips were thought of. It was clear that Nannij attaches great importance to providing her guests with a pleasant and relaxing stay. We felt completely comfortable and at home. Corien's cottage is totally tasteful and lovingly furnished. It is well equipped, perfectly located for beach holidays, bike tours and walks in the dunes. We were there with four friends and enjoyed our days there very much. It looks like the photos and the evenings on the cozy terrace were a perfect end to the days!

We had a lovely stay at Michael’s place. We booked it for a girls trip with a group of 7. It was the perfect size, lovely surroundings and really central! Would definitely recommend!

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

We had a great time at Ella's place. A crib has been placed in our bedroom for our little one . The house is clean and nice . Peaceful and sunny place from morning to night. We will be back!
