Holiday rentals with beach access in Benz

We had a great week in the apartment! Especially with our 16 months old daughter, that was optimal. High chair, cot, toys and washing machine are a big plus. The balcony with beach chair is wonderful! The apartment is spacious and really everything is there if you want to feed and cook for yourself. The way to the beach is not far, we have always used the available bike for a shopping tour. Nadine was super helpful and quick to respond. We were kindly able to get into the apartment a little earlier and did not have to bridge the time after arrival. We will be happy to come back! Anja, Jean-Michel and Mina

Pretty little place, equipped with the essentials. Shopping, restaurants are all within walking distance. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to the beach. At night it was very quiet although centrally located, you could sleep wonderfully. The transport connection is also great, in the whole six days we did not even move the Auo but satisfied ourselves with public transport. We found the toilet with a view towards the bedroom, which we didn't know yet. We liked it very much, we will be happy to come back!

The location of the apartment is unique. The beach access is right outside the front door and you can still see the sea from the bed in the bedroom. Everything is very well thought out, from the underground parking lot right next to the elevator to all the equipment in the apartment. At the end of May, Dziwnów was still relatively quiete regarding tourists and open restaurants. However, that was exactly what we were looking for. There were still enough restaurants open, you could take a relaxed walk along the beach and the best view while eating is from the terrace of the apartment anyway.

There were two of us there for a week over New Year's. The apartment is great, the whole house is very new, underfloor heating, large bathroom and large bathtub make it cozy even in winter. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the apartment offers plenty of space for two, we did not use the second bedroom under the roof. The apartment was perfectly clean. For us, it was the ideal apartment for this vacation. Usedom is also worth a trip at this time of year to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back.

We had a nice vacation in the apartment, which we used as a starting point for bike tours. The kitchen is adequately equipped and everything was very clean. The swimming pool and the hot tub were great. The bed is very comfortable and the balcony to the west is very nice, overlooking the small marina. I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks

We very much enjoyed this apartment! The stay is nice and spacious and has a beautiful conservatory with sea views. You can enjoy breakfast or relax after a long walk. The accommodation is perfect! Very nice clean and everything is modern. The kitchen and bathroom are also fantastic. The host was very friendly. We'd love to come back sometime to see even more beautiful things from the island!

We felt very comfortable in the small room! The history alone is very interesting, if you consider that this house is over 300 years old. It has been preserved with so much attention to detail, ... really beautiful! The property is also very pretty, really big with horses and goats and a lot of garden and all right on the beach with private beach access with beach chairs! Fantastic!!! We were here with our grandson, and there was a lot to discover in the large garden, there was also a small playground! We were there for 3 nights and would have liked to stay longer:)

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

We had a wonderful time as a small family, close to the supermarket, close to the beach, very cozy and quiet location - we will be happy to come back!

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all, it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

The house is really very nice and the location really pleasant. The beds are comfortable. However, the mattresses were very clammy, so we had to heat everything first, because otherwise you were lying on a slightly damp mattress. But then it worked. We really liked it, but we were also on the road a lot, otherwise we would probably have missed a real living room where you can sit comfortably and watch TV. There is a TV, but it is positioned in such a way that you cannot really watch it. It's nice that there are more than enough dishes, often these things are missing in vacation homes. Pots, dishes and cutlery and also reasonable knives are indeed colorful together, but plentiful and you do not have to wash constantly.

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

We spent New Year's Eve here as a group of friends and were very satisfied. It was very clean and has a unique charm. We felt very comfortable and had a few nice days. The house is quiet despite the wooden floors and old doors, so sleeping in is possible despite so many people in the house. The kitchen is a little small when fully occupied and requires a little coordination but is fully functional. The large living room with fireplace invites you to linger. The three bathrooms were very clean and offered enough space for so many people. We can highly recommend the place.

We stayed here for the third time and felt completely comfortable again. We enjoyed the location, the sauna and the coziness again very much. This time we could even use the terrace a bit. Prices for the tourist tax on Usedom have increased, but driving with the UBB has been included since this year. Since we are traveling without a car, this was very comfortable for us. Sincere thanks for the wonderful time in Koserow! Thank you for letting us leave our luggage a little longer.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

The apartment, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the surroundings, the good accessibility, only a short distance to the harbor, to the Edeka shopping directly around the corner and enough good restaurants nearby = simply everything great. Super!!!!!
