House holiday rentals in Benton Harbor

What a wonderful stay our family had in Michiana Shores, Indiana at Greg’s place. Even though 2 of the 3 days were mostly overcast / rain, there was still plenty of activities to do. We hung out in the pool & hot tub areas multiple times, had a fire every night, and cooked all 3 meals each day in the wonderfully maintained kitchen. The kids loved their room setup with the bunk bed and twin bed. The parks nearby are lovely. The backyard was very luscious with tranquility full of greenery and peacefulness. Greg was very responsive and helped us out with questions before and during our stay. Definitely would recommend this spot if you are wanting to take a vacation near the nationally known Indiana Sand Dunes. Overall 5+ stars!

This house was so beautiful and was a perfect place to spend a girl’s weekend! Would recommend over and over again and would definitely stay here again! Mike was also very quick at responding (even on the weekend) and when something wasn’t right he was very quick it fix it.

This is our 3rd year in a row to come for an extended Labor Day weekend and bring our kids and/or grandkids. We love the setting. The pool is perfect for the younger kids and the adults appreciate the beauty of all the surroundings, including at poolside. If we could change anything at all we would add another bedroom as we can't quite get all of our extended family here at one time. That said, we would like to return for a 4th year at Labor Day weekend time next year. The combination of beauty, privacy, amenities, condition (always in great shape!), and proximity to lovely South Haven can hardly be beat!

My family and I loved staying here! The pool was perfect and we used it every single day and the space was ideal for us - my 4 year old especially loved the games (first timer playing Sorry) and PAC Man along with the nature / fire pit (and pool of course). It was very close to downtown Saugatuck and the host was super responsive. Our dog was also very relaxed in this location as it was quiet and peaceful and he is getting older. Thanks for the great stay and we can’t wait to come back’

I recently stayed with a few of my girlfriends for the weekend here. My friends and I absolutely loved this place. It was in a picturesque setting, and we loved how cozy it was. We especially enjoyed having the hot tub, the access to the public pool with clubhouse, and being able to walk to the beach to see the sunsets. We were able to enjoy a fire every night within the fire pit and loved being near the woods and the pond. Kristen was extremely responsive and a great host. My girlfriends and I would definitely stay again. We absolutely loved it here! Location is perfect for visiting lots of restaurants, wineries, and enjoying the best of Southwest Michigan.

We had an amazing stay at the Green Oasis. The house was lovely and would be perfect for two families staying together as there are two separate ‘wings’ off the main entrance. The one side was more than enough room for the three of us. Rooms were very comfortable and we felt right at home. The backyard pool is the star of the show as we spent a lot of time in the private space out back. Having it heated and covered is an added plus. Chris was excellent communicating with us throughout the stay. We definitely are looking forward to our next trip to this beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s house! It was clean, great location & cozy! We especially loved the automatic pool cover so we could actually relax on vacation with our little ones running around. I also loved the three separate areas outside (pool, fire pit, grassy area). The separate areas offered a nice change of scenery to break up the day without leaving the house. I also loved that it’s a spacious ranch style house, so was easy to keep eyes on the kids. Jennifer was a wonderful & accommodating host & can’t wait to get back to her house soon! Thanks for having us!

The location of this house is in a private quiet setting but close to so many things. The kids loved looking out the front window and seeing the horses right across the street. The house was very clean and exactly how it was described, nicely decorated without over doing it. We utilized every part of the large property for volleyball, football, cooking out and eating at the picnic table, bonfires for making smores and picking wild flowers. The pool and hot tub was very clean and nice. The bedrooms are large and perfectly accommodated our family of 10 with 2 littles in pack n plays. There were plenty of items provided to make our stay easy, dishes, cookware, pool towels, board games, and pool items. Brandon was a great host and extremely responsive before and during our stay. When we had a question about the air conditioner on our first night, he responded within 10 minutes and then sent someone out to handle it. I would highly recommend Brandon and this house for a family get away.

This place was fantastic. It’s cute online, and even better in person. We had six adults, and it was plenty of space for six of us. Great kitchen, great living room, and the outside fire pit and grilling space are wonderful. The space, furniture, everything was immaculate and looked new. While the beach is not visible from this location, a beautiful beach is literally five minutes away. Sherry was incredibly responsive and so kind. If we come to Benton Harbor again, we’re definitely going to stay here.

Gladys and Craig provided the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. They were very helpful and thoughtful before, during, and after our stay.

My family absolutely loved our stay! Carrie thought of everything! I truly felt at home during my stay. My absolute favorite part of my stay was the screened in porch. I sat there each morning with my coffee enjoying the peace and quiet. My kids loved all the games and entertainment. I literally did not see them the first night. We were able to walk down to the beach and enjoy Lake Michigan. Carrie is a wonderful host and truly cares about her guests and their experiences. I recommend this property to everyone.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Clean had everything I needed. Very comfortable place.

2nd year we've stayed here. Great house and great host. Already looking forward to coming back again next year.

Super cute place! We loved the attention to detail and uniqueness of the decor. Also, the flexibility for an earlier check in time was very much appreciated! I would definitely stay again.

Sara's place was perfect for our family of 4. The basement play room was such a nice feature because I didn't have to pack any toy and the kids loved it. Theres a safety gate at the top of the stairs which gave me so much peace of mind. It was also so nice that they had chairs and beach items you could use. There was even some work out equipment. It literally has everything you need. It was cozy and homey and clean. Its within 10 mins of the beach, kids activites, berry picking, you name it. 10/10.

Everything was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very much. Mikayla was so accommodating for our last minute trip. Everything was exactly as described. We will definitely book the cottage again.

I stayed Thurs–Sun and couldn’t have asked for a better solo retreat. I run a wellness business and needed a change of scenery to rest, reflect, and reset. This space delivered all that and more. The home is spotless, everything thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen is fully stocked with a separate pantry, which made it easy to cook all my meals. The soaring ceilings, sliding glass doors, and screened patio created the perfect indoor-outdoor vibe. I never even went to the beach, between the peaceful yard, woodland trail, and hot tub, I didn’t want to leave. My dog loved it too. Johnny and Michelle were responsive and kind, quick to help with a Wi-Fi question, then gave me space to unwind. Favorite moments: morning runs on Lake Shore Dr, sunset cocktail walks to Sundown Park, chill music on the Bluetooth speaker, and lunch at Penny Royal (the veggie sando = 10/10). If you’re looking for a peaceful, elevated stay that feels like a proper reset, this is it. I’ll be back with friends!!

We had a wonderful stay! Emma was extremely communicative and accommodating throughout, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The house was beautifully located right on the lake with easy access to a sandy beach, absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, well-stocked with all the essentials like towels and sheets, and clearly well cared for. I also appreciated that the cleaning fee was genuinely used for cleaning, no over the top check out chores, which was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We didn't have any trouble finding this home since it's on a main road . But as others mentioned, there was frequent traffic. However, that was not a deterrent for us. I slept in the street facing bedroom, and had no trouble with noise for sleeping. The rear yard is very lush and calming. While we didn't cook during our stay, there seemed to be all the necessities to cook and eat. Beds were comfy, linens clean and soft. Home was adequate for our needs of the weekend. Would recommend.

Super cute home on golf course and great location. Sarah was very friendly and responsive. We appreciated all of the extra amenities, including the beach toys, beach bag, grill, and fire pit. Would definitely recommend this place to others and we hope to come back next summer to stay at Sarah’s place!

Megan is a wonderful hostess and her home is immaculate. She has thought of everything right down to a welcome gift. Would highly recommend!

Our family had such a great time here and we were super impressed by this house! Everything was even better than in the photos. The house is really a cool vibe and is super well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and lots of games. The beach was so beautiful and we could count on one hand how many other people we saw on the beach during our four days there - super peaceful and private! We hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful off-season stay to attend a wedding in Benton Harbor. It was just a short drive to the venue and anyplace else we wanted to go. It was quiet and peaceful back at the house.
