Enjoyed my stay felt like a central area away from the tourist zone. All the restaurants were incredible, coffee shop just a few min walk from the unit. Enjoyed my stay here would definitely return.

Highly recommend the loft There were two of us with a cat. One of us on the queen bed and the other on the sofa-bed. Contrary to other buildings and structures in Cancún that can have thin walls with noise penetrating from above or the sides the loft is part of a robust and very firm building. Which allows for great sleep and rest. There is also a courtyard at the back where we were able to take our cat out. There is wonderful lush vegetation at the front of the building. Our hosts were great and it was all smooth sailing, which is what one wants! Location is excellent too. Again, highly recommend the loft!

Great place if you need a place to relax and work from your laptop. There are plugins everywhere throughout the building and internet is one of the fastest I have experienced in Mexico so far. So if you want to work in peace, and also have some pool time upstairs, this is the place. Location is also great as there are many restaurants, parks, and malls around the area. The host, Roberto, is very friendly and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this place and will come back next time when I need to get some work down.

Norma was a delightful host. communication was superb. The bed was extremely comfortable. Public bus access right out front.

I had a wonderful time at Nice Place. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I really like having access to bicycles as it made local restaurants, the public beaches, and parks very accessible. The rooftop was a great place to relax and watch both sunrise and sunset. I will definitely consider coming back next time I am in Cancun!

Nice apartment, in a private and calm area, when you are feeling secure 100%. Gabriela is an amazing host, she’s ready to help any time you need. I feel really comfortable same at my home. Kitchen is fully equipped, there are washer and dryer to get your clothes ready. Nice swimming pool. There’s secured spacious parking in case if you rent any vehicle. Easy access and easy to find. Hosts give clear instructions how to get in. Located in downtown, shopping malls, grocery shops, cafes and gym nearby. Thank you Gabriela for welcoming me at your stay.

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

Ricardo's place was an excellent option. Very close to restaurants, bars, beaches, shops and pharmacies. Ricardo all the time maintained an excellent communication with us and the loft is very comfortable and nice. Excellent for 2 people.

A great place to stay, I only went through some paperwork and it was just what I needed, although it doesn't have AC the place was always cool, a very safe area of the city and close to restaurants

it was a charming loft. I appreciated the care that went into the details that made it feel like home. Janine gave clear helpful directions to beaches. The loft had everything I needed both in the loft and in the neighborhood.

Its in a great locality in La Luna. There are combis to ADO - R6 or R2-15 to the hotel zone (bus stop in Nichupte). Bon Pane is nearby too. The kitchen is adequate and there is a little private back yard. The one -ve is the very tiny bathroom sink and little legroom in the toilet. There could be some road noise. However the AC does muffle the sounds - so not much of an issue. I recommend.

Clean accommodation and comfortable bed. The owners are very responsive and present to help you if needed. Recommended!
