Beautiful apartment with amazing views of the Nichupte Lagoon. It's located in a gated complex with security 24 hours. Amenities are excellent, you can relax and completely enjoy your stay here. Nightclubs and bars are close enough for a short cab ride and far enough to relax away from noise and hustle of busy areas. The Ferry to Isla Mujeres is close by. I highly recommend a day trip to the beautiful Island. On site you will enjoy a large Pool, Restaurant, Mini Market and Tours advisor.

Cheaper and better than a hotel as even on vacation I prefer to live privately like at home. Very nice house and all amenities are in order, great contact with the host. Short walking distance to a public beach entrance. Going to the beach on foot, you have to cross a road that gets extremely busy in the rush hour and the pedestrian crossing traffic lights are out of order. However we found a pass underneath the road: as you exit the condominium territory, shortly after security checkpoint, there is an empty land lot on the right. Turn right and follow a footpath. We’d love to return to this place.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Absolutely stunning appartment, the place is better then on the photos...the balcony is just awesome. Everything was very close, yet its very quite place. Juan Pablo was very easy to contact, he was very respectful to my requests and very helpful, even showed me the city and and best ever seafood resto in town. I really enjoyed this place, worth every dollar.

Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. We had a great time at Leticia’s Airbnb. Place was spacious for 6 of us. Beds were comfortable. Huge lagoon and several pools to choose from. Never crowded. Kids rented kayaks from the office and had a blast. Many places nearby to walk and eat.
